Abstract

본 발명은 솔레노이드밸브의 장착구조를 개량하여 장치를 소형화시킬 수 있도록 한 제동유압제어장치에 관한 것으로, 하우징내에 밀봉삽입되는 수압부와 전자코일을 갖춤과 더불어 이 전자코일의 자력에 의해 상기 수압부와 연통하는 밸브블을 개폐하여 제동유압을 제어하는 솔레노이드밸브와, 상기 수압부에 작용하는 유압에 대항하여 상기 솔레노이드밸브를 하우징내에 고정시키는 고정수단을 갖춤과 더불어, 상기 고정수단이 자성체로 만들어지면서 솔레노이드밸브의 자기통로의 일부를 구성하도록 되어 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하우징내에 밀봉삽입되는 수압부와 전자코일을 갖춤과 더불어 이 전자코일의 자력에 의해 상기 수압부와 연통하는 밸브블을 개폐하여 제동유압을 제어하는 솔레노이드밸브와, 상기 수압부에 작용하는 유입에 대항하여 상기 솔레노이드밸브를 하우징내에 고정시키는 고정수단을 갖추고서 제동유압제어회로내에 설치된 제동유압제어장치에 있어서, 상기 고정수단이 자성체로 만들어지면서 솔레노이드밸브의 자기통로의 일부를 구성하도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 제동유압제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단이 전자코일의 외주부의 자기통로를 구성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동유압제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자코일이 원통형상으로 감겨지고, 상기 고정수단이 전자코일의 수압부와 반대측 선단면에 자기통로를 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동유압제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자코일이 원통형상으로 감겨지고, 상기 고정수단이 전자코일의 외주부 및 상기 수압부와 반대측 선단면에 자기통로를 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동유압제어장치.
