Abstract

가변 싸이클 가스 터빈 엔지용 가변 구역 우회 분사기(VABI)는 소음 방지 장치 내부로 경사져 있는 원추면을 구비한 원주 방향 연속 밸브와, 확산기에 부착된 원주 방향으로 분할된 밀봉체 및, 엔진의 외부 도관 외측에 위치한 밸브 작동기를 포함한다. 각각의 밀봉 부품은 원주 방향으로 인접한 부품들 사이의 차등 축 방향 운동을 허용하도록 장전된 스프링이며 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때 밸브를 밀봉 결합시키도록 밸브 원추면을 보충하는 시트부를 가진다. 또한, 밀봉 부품은 낮은 공기 역학적 형상을 갖는 형태이고 밸브가 개방위치에서 VABI 원추면과 협력하여, 우회 흐름이 중심부의 가스 흐름속으로 분사될 때 VABI 밸브 및 중심부 흐름 통로 벽에 부착된 우회 흐름을 유지하는 환상의 원추 채널을 제공한다. 내부 및 외부 크랭크 아암은 작동기로 부터 외부 도관 벽을 통과하는 선형운동을 전달하여 개방 및 폐쇄 밸브 위치 사이의 밸브와 소음 방지 장치를 축 방향으로 이동시키도록 아이들러 아암과 협력한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 종축과 중심부의 가스 흐름을 한정하는 내부 케이싱 및 우회 공기 흐름을 공급하도록 우회 도관을 형성하는, 상기 내부케이싱으로부터 이격한 외부 케이싱을 갖는 가변 싸이클 가스 터빈 엔진용 가변 구역 우회 분사기(VABI)에 있어서, 우회공기 흐름이 중심부의 가스 흐름 내부로 향하게 하는 원주 방향 연속 원추면을 포함하는 VABI 밸브와, 상기 VABI 밸브 원추면을 보완하는 밀봉부를 구비한 밀봉체를 각각 포함하는, 복수개의 원주 방향으로 인접한 VABI 밀봉 부품들을 포함하는VABI 밀봉체 및, 상기 밸브 원추면이 분할된 밀봉 시트부에 의해 밀봉 결합되는 폐쇄 위치와 우회 공기가 중심부 흐름 속으로 분사되는 개방위치 사이에서 상기 VABI 밸브를 축방향으로 이동시키는 작동 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변구역 우회 분사기.
  2. 제 1 에 있어서, 상기 VABI 밸브는 상기 외부 도관과 동심이며, 상기 작동 수단은, 상기 외부 케이싱의 외부에 장착되는 리니어 작동기와, 리니어 작동을 상기 외부 케이싱을 통해 상기 VABI 밸브로 거의 축방향 운동으로서 전달되는 크랭크수단 및, 상기 VABI 밸브가 예정된 축방향 운동 범위를 통해 상기 외부 엔진과의 동심을 유지하도록 상기 외부 케이싱 및상기 VABI 밸브에 결합된 복수개의 아이들러 아암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 구역 우회 분사기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 외부 케이싱을 통과해 연장하고 제 1 피봇점을 갖는 스핀들 베어링에 결합되는 제 1 단부를 갖고, 제2 피봇점을 갖는 구형 베어링에서 상기 VABI 밸브에 결합되는 제 2 단부를 갖고, 상기 제 1 피봇점으로부터 상기 제 2 피봇점으로 연장하는 제 1 피봇 반경을 갖는 내부 크랭크 아암을 포함하는 크랭크 수단과, 엔진 중심선으로부터 제 1 피봇반경 및 제 1 반경에 의해 형성되는 제 1 면 내부의 제 1 피봇점을 통과하는 제 1 반경과 상기 제 1 피봇 반경의 방향 사이에 형성되는 제 1 각과, 엔진 중심선에 수직하고 상기 제 1 피봇점을 통과하는 제 1 및 제 2 면 사이에 형성되는 제 2각과, 제 3 피봇점을 갖는 제 2 구형 베어링에 결합되는 제 1 단부와, 제 4 피봇점을 갖는 제 3 구형 베어링의 상기 VABI밸브에 연결되는 제 2 단부 및, 상기 제 3 피봇점으로부터 상기 제 4 피봇점으로 연장하는 제 2 피봇 반경을 각각 포함하는 아이들러 아암과, 엔진의 중심선으로부터 제 2 피봇 반경 및 제 2 반경에 의해 형성되는 제 3 면 내부의 제 3 피봇점을 통과하는 제 2 반경과 상기 제 2 피봇 반경의 방향 사이에 형성되는 제 3 각 및, 엔진 중심선에 수직하고 상기 제 1피봇점을 통과하는 제 4 면과 상기 제 3 면 사이에 형성되는 제 4 각을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 피봇 반경은 상기 각각의 아이들러 아암과 동일한 길이를 가지며, 상기 제 1 각은 상기 제 3 각과 동일하며, 상기 제 2 각은 상기 제 4 각과 동일하며, 상기 제 1 피봇 반경의 길이는 상기 제 2 피봇 반경의 길이와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변구역 우회 분사기.
  4. 경사진 밀봉면 내부로 구부러진 아아크형부와 가스 터빈 엔진의 내부 케이싱을 밀봉 결합하는 바닥부를 갖는 밀봉체와,편향 수단 및, 상기 편향 수단을 상기 밸브 몸체에 결합하고 상기 밸브 몸체를 가스 터빈 엔진의 내부 케이싱에 연결하는유지 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 구역 우회 분사기용 밀봉체.
