Abstract

회전드럼(10)을 일측으로 회전시키면서 이것에 수용된 피건조물(M)을 가열된 급기로 가열건조시키고, 회전드럼(10)내의 습윤공기를 회전드럼(10)에 연이어 통하는 배기덕트(12)에서 배출시키고, 상기 가열장치(31)에 의한 급기의 가열정도를 제어하도록한 건조기의 급기가열제어장치에 있어서, 피건조물(M)의 부분적인 눌어붙음이나 과열을 방지하는 것을 그 과제로 하는 것으로서, 그 구성을 회전드럼(10)내의 의류온도를 검지하는 의류온도센서(S1)와, 배기덕트(12)에 설치되어 배기온도를 검지하는 배기온도센서(S2)를 구비하고서, 상기 의류온도센서(S1) 또는 배기온도센서(S2)중 어느 일측이 각각 대응하는 설정온도에 도달한 상태에서 가열장치(31)에 의한 가열 정도를 제어하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 회전드럼(10)내로의 급기를 가열장치(31)로 가열하고, 회전드럼(10)을 일측으로 회전시키면서 이것에 수용된 피건조물(M)을 가열된 급기로 가열건조시키고, 회전드럼(10)내의 습윤공기를 회전드럼(10)에 연이어 통하는 배기덕트(12)에서배출시키고, 상기 가열장치(31)에 의한 급기의 가열정도를 제어하도록 한 건조기의 급기가열제어장치에 있어서, 회전드럼(10)내의 의류온도를 검지하는 의류온도센서(S1)와 배기덕트(12)에 설치되어 배기온도를 검지하는 배기온도센서(S2)를 구비하고, 상기 의류온도센서(S1) 또는 배기온도센서(S2)중 어느 일측이 각각 대응하는 설정온도에 도달한 상태에서 가열장치(31)에 의한 가열정도를 제어하도록 한 건조기의 급기가열제어방법.
  2. 회전드럼(10)내로의 급기를 가열장치(31)로 가열하고, 회전드럼(10)을 일측으로 회전시키면서 이것에 수용된 피건조물(M)을 가열된 급기로 가열건조시키고, 회전드럼(10)내의 습윤공기를 회전드럼(10)에 연이어 통하는 배기덕트(12)에서배출시키고, 상기 가열장치(31)에 의한 급기의 가열정도를 제어하도록 한 건조기의 급기가열제어장치에 있어서, 회전드럼(10)내의 의류온도를 검지하는 의류온도센서(S1)와, 배기덕트(12)에 설치되어 배기온도를 검지하는 배기온도센서(S2)와,상기 의류온도센서(S1) 또는 배기온도센서(S2)중 어느 일측이 각각 대응하는 설정온도에 도달한 것을 판정하는 판정장치(D)와, 상기 판정장치(D)의 출력에 의하여 가열장치(31)의 가열정도를 낮추는 가열제어장치(60)를 구비한 건조기의 급기가열제어장치.
