Abstract

본 발명은 조리기기에서 온도감지로 사용되는 서미스터의 단선여부를 판별하는 방법에 관한 것으로 특히, 기기의 동작초기에 서미스터 주변을 일정시간 가열시켜 서미스터의 저항값 변화를 용이하게 감지하므로서 단선 판별동작에 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있도록한 조리기기의 온도감지용 서미스터 단선 판별방법에 관한 것으로 종래의 서미스터 단선 판별장치에 의하면 서미스터(TH1)가 저온에서 고저항값을 유지하기 때문에 전기적으로 거의 단선에 가까운 상태가 되어 마이컴(1)에서는 서미스터(TH1)의 단선으로 오판하게 되고 이에따른 판별오류에 의하여 기기의 조리조작과 제어에 불편 및 신뢰성 저하가 초래되는 단점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명은 조리동작 초기에 서미스터의 단선여부 판별에 요구되는 예열동작을 선행시켜 판별하기에 안정된 온도-저항값 영역으로 서미스터 주변환경을 조성시키고 그 단선여부를 판별하므로서 서미스터의 단선 판별동작에 신뢰성을 확보하고 판별오류를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것으로 조리기기에서 온도감지용 서미스터의 단선 판별수단에 채용한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 조리초기에 마이컴(1)에서 전력제어부(3)를 제어하여 히터로 일정한 시간동안 서미스터(TH1)주변을 가열시키는 예열동작을 선행한후 서미스터(TH1)의 저항값 변화에 따른 온도감지신호를 단선 판별기준값(P)과 비교하여 단선여부의 판별과 표시제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기의 온도감지용 서미스터 단선 판별방법.
