Abstract

재생 신호, 특히 광 기록매체의 재생 신호의 C/N 비율은 기판 표면에 성형되는 아래에 있는 안내자 수단의 요철 형상으로 인한 광 기록층의 울퉁불퉁함이나 변형 때문에 저하된다. 이러한 저하는 기록층 아래에 평탄화층을 증착시키므로써 방지할 수 있는데 평탄화층은 서보트랙킹의 효율을 저하시키지 않는다. 이러한 서보 트랙킹 효과의 저하는 평탄화층과 안내자 사이에 유전체층을 삽입함으로써 방지된다.

제3A도 및 제3B도는 본 발명의 실시예 내에서 쓰기와 덮어쓰기에 사용되는 펄스를 보여주는 도면.

Claims (30)

  1. 광선을 사용하는 서보 트랙킹을 위한 요철형태의 안내자수단을 갖추고 있으며, 적어도 안내자 수단이 성형되는 부분에 유기물 수지 재료로 만들어지는 바닥과, 적어도 상기 안내자 수단이 성형되는 지역 내의 상기 바닥 위에 있는 유전체층과, 상기 유전체층과 상기 안내자 수단의 요철부분을 덮고 평탄화층 판의 정상 표면을 만드는 상기 바닥 위에 있는 평탄화층으로 구성되며 상기 유전체층은 상기 안내자 수단과 상기 평탄화층을 형성하는 상기 유기물 수지 재료보다 큰 굴절율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체용 기판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 적어도 상기 안내자 수단의 측면에 성형되는 상기 바닥의 전체 표면 위에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바닥이 전체적으로 폴리카르보네이트 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내자 수단은 40nm보다 큰 깊이를 갖는 힘인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체용 기판.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 안내자의 상기 깊이가 70nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 서보 트랙킹용 상기 광선에 대하여 1.6보다 작지 않은 굴절율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층의 상기 굴절율이 서보 트랙킹용 상기 광선에 대하여 1.8보다 작지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 무기물의 질화물과/또는 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층은 AlSiN인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층은 20nm 내지 160nm 범위 내의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화층이 경화된 수지층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화층이 상기 안내자 수단 위에 그 두께가 50nm 내지 500nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 상기 안내자 수단을 포함하는 상기 바닥의 정상 표면을 따라 일정한 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 적어도 20%의 서보 트랙킹용 상기 광선의 반사를 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체용 기판.
  15. A) i) 광선을 사용하는 서보 트랙킹을 위한 요철 형태의 안내자 수단을 갖추고 있으며 적어도 상기 안내자 수단이 성형되는 부분은 유기물 수지로 만들어지는 바닥과, ii) 적어도 상기 안내자 수단이 성형되는 지역 내의 상기 바닥 위에 있는 유전체층과 iii) 상기 유전체층과, 상기 안내자 수단의 요철부분을 덮으며 평탄화층 판의 정상 표면을 만드는 바닥 위에 있는 평탄화층으로 구성되고 상기 유전체층은 상기 안내자 수단과 상기 평탄화층을 형성하는 상기 유기물 수지 재료보다 큰 굴절율을 갖는 기판과, B) 상기기판 위에 있으며 기록 광 펄스의 전력 강도와/또는 펄스 내구성을 수정하여 직접적으로 덮어쓸 수 있는 자기-광 기록층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 적어도 상기 안내자 수단의 측면 위에 있는 상기 바닥의 전체 표면을 덮도록 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 바닥이 전체적으로 폴리카르보네이트 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록매체.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 안내자 수단이 40nm보다 큰 깊이를 갖는 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 안내자의 상기 깊이가 70nm보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 서보 트랙킹을 상기 광산에 대하여 1.6보다 작지 않은 굴절율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층의 상기 굴절율이 서보 트랙킹용 상기 광선에 대하여 1.8보다 작지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  22. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 무기질의 질화물과/또는 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록매체.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 AlSiN인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 20nm 내지 160nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  25. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화층이 경화된 수지층인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  26. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화층이 상기 안내자 수단 위에서 50nm 내지 500nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록매체.
  27. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층이 상기 안내자 수단을 포함하는 상기 바닥의 정상 표면을 따라 일정한 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  28. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 적어도 20%의 서보 트랙킥용 상기 광선의 반사를 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  29. 제15항에 있어서, 다른 유전체층이 상기 평탄화층의 위에와 상기 자기-광 기록층 아래에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
  30. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 자기-광 기록층이 상기 평탄화층에 직접적으로 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 기록 매체.
