Abstract

본 발명은 경량고강도합금의 일종인 Al-Li합금의 초소성화를 위한 가공열처리 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 초소성화 가공열처리 대상으로 하는 Al-Li합금의 조성은 Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Zr계로서 본 발명은 이같은 합금에 대하여 500~550℃에서 10~30시간동안 균질화처리한 다음 300~500℃의 온도에서 2~20m/분의 압연속도와 패스당 압하율 2~18%로 제어압연하여 Al-Li합금에 초소성특성을 부여하는 가공열처리 과정으로 이루어진다.
본 발명의 가공열처리 방법은 초소성 가공열처리 조건의 확대에 따른 작업성이 우수하면서 기존의 방법에 비해 빠른 변형속도에서 우수한 초소성특성을 나타내도록 하는 점에 있어서 장점이 있다.

제2도는 본 발명의 가공열처리 후 고온인장미세화된 결정립에 대한 조직확대사진,
제3도는 본 발명의 가공열처리 후 고온인장시 연신율-변형속도의 관계를 보인 그래프.

Claims (3)

  1. Cu 2-3.3%, Li 1.9-3.3%, Mg 0.2-1.2%, Zr 0.08-0.16%와 잔부 Al로 이루어진 Al-Li 합금을 500~550℃에서 10~30시간 균질화 처리한 다음 300~500℃의 온도에서 온간압연 하여 초소성특성을 부여함을 특징으로 하는 Al-Li합금의 초소성화 가공열처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압연전 유지시간을 30~120분으로 함을 특징으로 하는 Al-Li합금의 초소성화 가공열처리 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 압연시 압연속도를 2-20m/분으로 하고 패스당 압하량을 2~18%로 함을 특징으로 하는 Al+Li합금의 초소성화 가공 열처리 방법.
