Abstract

본 불만의 가황가능한 엘라스토머, 가교 시스템 및 임의로 다양한 보조제를 함유하는 엘라스토머조성물을 폴리아미드블록을 함유하는 열경화성 엘라스토머의 비카점에 대해 -15℃ 내지 +5℃의 가황온도에서 폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 열가소성엘라스토머로 일부가 채워진 금형에서 가황하여 엘라스토머 조성물 및 가황반응속도가 두 엘라스토머의 분리를 위해 응력을 가했을때 재료가 응집파괴되도록 하는 폴리아미드블록을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머와 배합하여 카르복실산 또는 디카르복실산 무수물기를 함유하는 가황 엘라스토머로부터 형성된 복합재료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 특히 인장강도(응집파괴)면에서 탁월한 성질을 갖는 복합재료를 제공한다 .
또한 본 발명은 이렇게 형성된 복합 재료 및 이재료를 보조로하여 제조한 스포츠 용품에서의 적용에 관계된다.

폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머와 배합하여 가황 엘라스토머로부터 형성된 복합재료의 제조방법, 이렇게 형성된 복합재료 및 이 재료를 사용하여 제조한 스포츠 용품

Claims (19)

  1. 폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머의 비카점(Vicat point)에 대해 -15℃ 내지 +5℃의 가황온도로, 폴라아미드블록을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머에 의해 일부가 채워진 금형에서 가황가능한 엘라스토머 가교 시스템 및 임의의 다양한 보조제를 함유하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 가황시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드블록을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머와 배합하여 카르복실산또는 디카르복실산 무수물기를 함유하는 가황 엘라스토머로부터 형성된 복합 재료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 카르복실화 니트릴 엘라스토머, 아크릴계 엘레스토머, 카르복실화 폴리부타디엔, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 그라프트 삼원 공중합체 또는 이중합체와, 니트릴 고무, 폴리부타디엔 또는 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 삼원공중합체와 같이 그라프트화되지 않은 동일한 엘라스토머와의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 그자체 또는 혼합물로서 가황가능한 엘라스토머를 선택하는 방법.
  3. 제1항또는 2항에 있어서 가황가능한 엘라스토머가 상기 엘라스토머에 대해 0.3 내지 10%의 비율로 카르복실산 또는 디카르복실산 무수물 라디칼을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 엘라스토머 조성물이 바람직하게는 엘라스토머 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 100 중량부의 비율로 충전제를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가황온도가 폴리아미드 필름의 비카점 이하인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 90%의 특정 가황시간 t90이 15분을 넘지않는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 90%의 특정가황시간ｔ90이 5 내지 10분인 방법.
  8. 제1항, 6항 또는 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서 가황 개시 시간(토오크 증가가 0.2Nｍ에 해당하는 시간)이 4 내지 6분인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 폴리아미드가 폴리아미드블록을 함유하는 폴리에테르인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서 폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 폴리에테르의 비가점이 100 내지 200℃ 바람직하게는 130 내지 175℃인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, ａ)폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머가 특히, 폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 폴리에테르로부터 형성되고, ｂ)가황 금형에 상기 엘라스토머를 위치시키고, ｃ)유리하게 온도가 130내지 180℃인 금형에 엘라스토머 조성물을 주입하여 그 안에서 가황하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서 금형의 상단 플레이트(plate)온도가 열가소성 엘라스토머의 비카점의 5℃ 이내에서 같고 금형의 하단플레이트 온도가 열가소성 엘라스토머의 비카점 내지 비카점 -15℃인 두개의 고온 플레이트사이에 가황금형을 위치시킨 방법.
  13. 융점이 120 내지 210℃이고, 폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머와 직접 배합하여 카르복실산 또는 디카르복실산 무수물기를 함유하는 가황 엘라스토머로 부터 형성된 복합 재료로서 분리응력을 가할 때 가황 엘라스토머내에서 응집성 분리를 보여주는 복합재료.
  14. 제13항에, 있어서 카르복실화 니트릴 엘라스토머, 아크릴계 엘라스토머, 카르복실화 폴리부타디엔, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 그라프트 삼원 공중합체 또는 이 중합체와, 니트릴고무, 폴리부타디엔 또는 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 삼원공중합체와 같이 그라브트화되지 않은 동일한 엘라스토머와의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 그 자체 또는 혼합물로서 엘라스토머를 선택하는 복합재료 .
  15. 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서 엘라스토머 조성물이 바람직하게 엘라스토머 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 100 중량부의 비율로 충전제를 함유하는 복합재료.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머가 폴리아미드 블록을 함유하는 폴리에테르인 복합재료.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 6.11 또는 12로부터 폴리아미드를 선택하고 폴리에틸린 옥시드, 폴리브로필렌 옥시드 및 폴리테트라메틸렌 옥시드 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물로부터 폴리에테르블록을 선택하는 복합재료.
  18. 청구항 제13 내지 17항에서 정의한 복합재료로 일부가 구성된 스포츠용품.
  19. 열가소성 엘라스토머의 강화 요소 1종 이상을 함유하는 가황 엘라스토머로부터 형성되고, 청구항 제13항 내지 17항에서 정의한 복합재료로 일부가 구성된 스포츠용 신발의 신발창.
