Abstract

본 발명은 롤러 프레스의 작동을 개선시키기 위하여 분쇄시킬 재료에 물을 첨가하는 방법인 것이다.
이 방법에 의하여, 재료상의 형성을 개선시킬 수 있고, 폴러 프레스의 진동수준을 감소시킬수 있다. 이에 따라 롤러속도를 증가시킬 수 있고, 롤러 프레스용량의 이용도 증가시킬 수 있다.

롤러 프레스로 입자재료를 분쇄하기 위한 방법 및 이를 수행하기 위한 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 분쇄장치의 개략도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 분쇄시키고자 하는 재료에다 물을 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러 프레스에서 입자재료를 분쇄하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물은 롤러 프레스에 재료를 인가시키기 전에 특정한 위치에서 재료에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물은 롤러 프레스로 재료를 이송시키는 공급 벨트 콘베이어에 재료가 있을 때 재료에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물은 롤러 프레스로 재료를 이송시키는 공급 호퍼에 재료가 있을 때 재료에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물은 부드럽고 균일한 흐름으로 재료에 계속적으로 첨가되고, 물의 첨가는 재료공급의 함수로서 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물은 부드럽고 균일한 흐름으로 재료에 계속적으로 첨가되고, 물의 첨가는 진동수준의 함수로서 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 물의 첨가량은 재료 1톤당 0 내지 30리터, 바람직하게는 재료 1톤당 5 내지 15리터로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 롤러 프레스, 공급 호퍼 및/또는 공급 밸트 콘베이어로 이루어진 분쇄 장치에 있어서, 분쇄시킬 재료에 물을 첨가시키기 위한 노즐(11,13)을 다수개 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 분쇄장치.
