Abstract

본 발명은 자력을 이용한 연마(POLISHING)방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자력을 이용하여 비철금속 및 귀금속의 광택가공을 하기위한 연마방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서 모터의 회전에 의해 회전하는 원판상에 일정간격을 갖는 자석을 방사상으로 배열하고, 그 상부에 가공공간을 형성하여 이루어지는 것으로 즉, 가공공간에 가공물 및 다수개의 가는 굵기를 갖는 짧은 핀(PIN) 모양으로된 연마부재를 적정비율로 혼합하여 놓고 그 하부의 원판을 회전시킴으로써 원판상에 배열된 자석의 힘으로 상기 연마부재에 유동을 가함으로써 그 연마부재가 유동도중 가공물의 표면에 마찰되어 광택을 내게 되는 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
