Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a ring-shaped permanent magnet with a simple magnetic circuit for magnetization by rotating a ring-shaped magnetic material body while magnetizing one part of the ring-shaped magnet material body in radial direction in a magnetic circuit for magnetization where a permanent magnet is provided halfway at the yoke. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 22 is placed at the middle of a yoke 21 for forming one piece. One part of a ring-shaped magnet material body 10 is placed between opposing magnets at the tip of the yoke 21 and positional relation is set so that magnetic flux passing between the yoke magnet poles may pass one part of ring of the ring-shaped magnet material body 10 in a radial direction. Then, if a rotary table 23 is allowed to rotate in the direction indicated by arrow X, the part of the ring-shaped material body 10 is magnetized in radial direction in sequence and the entire ring-shaped magnetic material body 10 is magnetized in a radial direction by rotating the rotary table 23 by one turn. Thus, the ring-shaped permanent magnet can be obtained by magnet circuit for magnetization in simple configuration.
