Abstract

본 발명은 NCD 사와 나이론 BCF사로 되어 있으며, 산성염료와 카치온염료의 동일 염욕에서 염색한 불균일 염색 나이론 카펫을 균염제, 이염방지제 및 암모니움 설페이트와 같은 암모니움염으로 조성된 수정액으로 처리하여 오염부분을 수정하는 방법이다.
본 발명은 수정작용이 극히 양호할 뿐만 아니라 종래처럼 산을 별도로 첨가할 필요가 없는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. NCD사(카치온염료 가염형 나이론사)와 나이론 BCF사(Bulkied Contiuous Filament)로 되어 있으며 카치온염료와 산성염료의 동일 염욕에서 염색한 불균일 염색 나이론 카펫을 이염방지제, 균염제와 함께 암모니움염으로 되어 있는 수정액내에서 온도를 서서히 상승시키면서 100℃정도에서 처리함을 특징으로 하는 나이론 카펫의 염색수정방법.
  2. 제1항에서, 암모니움염은 암모니움 설페이트, 암모니움 아세테이트, 암모니움 포스페이트중에서 선택한 것임을 특징으로 하는 나이론 카펫의 염색 수정방법.
  3. 제1항에서, 암모니움염의 사용량을 수정액에 대하여 2∼3g/ℓ임을 특징으로 하는 나이론 카펫의 염색수정방법.
