Abstract

본 발명은 NCD 사와 나이론 BCF 사로 된 카펫을 동일염욕에서 염색하여 선명한 색상으로 염색될 수 있게 하는 염색방법이다.
본 발명은 상기 카펫을 산성염료, 카치온염료, 균염제, 이염방지제 및 완염제로 된 염욕으로 염색할 때 완염제로서 암모니움 설페이트, 혹은 암모니움 아세테이트, 혹은 암모니움 포스페이트를 사용하여서 염색 중에 산을 별도로 첨가시키지 않더라도 얼룩, 위단 및 불균염이 없게 염색할 수 있는 염색법이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 카치온염료 가염성 나일론사(NCD)와 나이론 BCF 사로 된 카펫을 카치오 염료, 산성염료, 이염방지제, 균염제 및 완염제로 이루어진 동일욕에서 염색함에 있어서, 완염제로서 암모니움염을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 나이론 카펫의 염색방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 암모니움염이 암모니움 아세테이트, 암모니움 설페이트, 암모니움 포스페이트 중에서 선택한 것임을 특징으로 하는 나이론 카펫의 염색방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 암모니움염의 사용량이 2∼3g/ℓ임을 특징으로 하는 나이론 카펫의 염색방법.
