Abstract

본 발명은 양모사의 이론한계치수준인 120's 정도의 양모 초세사 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 사단면의 섬유본수를 방적한계 이론치에 만족시키기 위한 원료의 섬도 16.43μ을 산출하고 이에 적합한 원료를 1PP 원료로부터 선별한다. 선별된 원료를 즐모코우밍공정, 전방공정, 정방공정 및 정사작업공정을 행한다. 염색공정에서는 양모의 시스틴 결합파괴로 인한 강력손상을 방지하도록 적합한 온도 및 PH 조건으로 염색공정을 행한다.
마이크로실리콘을 섬유내부에 침투시킨후 미립자를 팽윤시킨다. 직물의 유연성, 형태안정 및 자연광택의 발현을 위하여 탕신, 세융 및 스폰징공정을 행한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 섬도가 16.43μ이하의 양모원료를 선별하는 단계, 상기 선별된 원료의 공급량을 조정하고 코우머의 밀도를 조밀히하며, 더블링(doubling), 드래프트(draft) 및 래치(ratch)를 조정하고, 링 직경, 트라벨라 및 rpm을 한정하고, 검 로울러(GUM R/O)연마분, 콘덴서 및 에이프런(apron)을 교체하면서 상기 선별된 원료를 정방하는단계, 상기 원료의 표면에 BYLAN NT층을 형성하고 이 층이 염료를 흡수·용해한 상태로 지속되어 온도가 상승함에 따라 염료가 섬유내부로 염차되게 하는 저온염색법에 따라 염색하는 단계, 및 마이크로 실리콘을 섬유내부에 침투시킨후 미립자를 팽윤시키는 MSC(Micro Sinicone Confinement) 가공방법에 따라 가공하는 단계;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양모초세사의 제조방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가공단계가 배치식으로 저압력조건하에 행하는 탕신공정, 알콜계의 세재를 사용하여 행하는 세융공정, 및 스폰징공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양모초세사의 제조방법.
  3. 섬도가 16.43μ이하의 양모원료를 선별하고; 상기 선별된 원료의 공급량을 조정하고 코우머의 밀도를 조밀히하며, 더블링(doubling), 드래프트(draft) 및 래치(ratch)를 조정하고, 링 직경, 트라벨라 및 rpm을 한정하고 검 로울러(GUM R/O)연마분, 콘덴서 및 에이프런(apron)을 교체하면서 상기 선별된 원료를 정방하고, 상기 원료의 표면에 BYLAN NT 층을 형성하고 이 층이 염료를 흡수·용해한 상태로 지속되어 온도가 상승함에 따라 염료가 섬유내부로 염차되게 하는 저온염색법에 따라 염색하고, 및 마이크로 실리콘을 섬유내부에 침투시킨후 미립자를 팽윤시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 제조된 양모초세사.
