Abstract
본 발명은 에폭시 당량이 250∼1,000g/eq, 연화점이 90∼160℃인 고연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)와 에폭시 당량이 200∼600g/eq, 연화점이 30∼70℃인 저연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b) 및 다가 카르복실산(c)를 소망에 따라 인산 에스테르 화합물 또는 아인산 에스테르 화합물을 함유하여 이루어지고, (a)와 (b)와의 연화점의 온도차가 60∼120℃이며, 중량비가 (a)/(b)=95/5∼60/40이며, 또한 (a)와 (b)의 에폭시기의 합계와 (c)의 산기의 당량비가 0.5 : 1∼1 : 0.5인 열경화성 분체 도료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
이 조성물은 저장 안정성이 뛰어나고 자동차용 도료로 사용할 경우, 외관, 내용제성, 내산성이 뛰어나다.

Claims (7)
- (a)에폭시기를 가지는 단량체와 기타 공중합 가능한 단량체로 이루어지고, 에폭시 당량이 250∼1,000g/eq, 연화점이 90∼160℃, 수평균 분자량이 2,500∼10,000미만인 고연화점 아크릴계 공중합체, (b)에폭시기를 가지는 단량체와 기타 공중합 가능한 단량체로 이루어지고, 에폭시 당량이 200∼600g/eq, 연화점이 30∼70℃, 수평균 분자량이 500∼2000인 저 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체, 및 (c)다가 카르복실산을 함유하여 이루어지며, 고연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)와 저연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b)와의 연화점의 온도차가 60∼120℃이며, 중량비로 (a)/(b)=95/5∼60/40이고, 또 (a)와 (b)의 에폭시기의 합계와 (c)의 산기의 당량비가 0.5 : 1∼1 : 0.5인 열경화성 분체 도료용 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 고 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)와 저 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b)와의 연화점의 온도차가 64∼110℃인 열경화성 분체 도료용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)의 에폭시 당량이 300∼500g/eq이고 저 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b)의 에폭시 당량이 200∼600g/eq인 열 경화성 분체 도료용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)의 수평균 분자량이 2,800∼9,600이고, 저 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b)의 수평균 분자량이 800∼1,800인 열경화성 분체 도료용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)와 저연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b)와의 유리 전이점의 온도차가 70∼125℃인 열경화성 분체 도료용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)의 유리 전이점이 70∼120℃이고ㅡ 저 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b)의 유리 전이점이 -30∼40℃인 열 경화성 분체 도료용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열경화성 분체 도료용 조성물에 인산 에스테르 화합물 및/또는 아 인산 에스트레 화합물 (d)을 고 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(a)와 저 연화점 아크릴계 공중합체(b)의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.01∼1중량부 함유하여 이루어지는 열경화성 분체 도료용 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
