Abstract
본 발명은 인공 감미료인 α-L-아스파틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스텔르의 원료 물질들중의 하나인 N-벤질옥시카보닐-L-아스파트산을 고수율로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로 구체적으로는 L-아스파트산을 증류수에 녹여 45% NaOH 로 pH를 11.0으로 유지하고 온도를 55℃이상으로 올린 다음, 톨루엔이 함유된 벤질옥시카보닐 클로라이드와 톨루엔을 첨가한 후 55℃이상의 온도에서 교반하에 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 본 발명에 따르면 종래의 방법들보다 제조 수율이 향상된 98% 이상의 N-벤질옥시카보닐-L-아스파트산을 제조할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)
- L-아스파트산을 증류수에 녹여 45% NaOH로 pH룰 11.0으로 유지하고 온도를 55℃이상으로 올린 다음, 톨루엔이 함유된 벤질옥시카보닐 클로라이드와 톨루엔을 첨가한 후 55℃이상의 온도에서 교반하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-벤질옥시카보닐-L-아스파트산을제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔이 50-90% 함유된 벤질옥시카보닐 클로라이드를 사용하고, 톨루엔을 L-아스파트산 중량 대비 1-3배 부피로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-벤질옥시카보닐-L-아스파트산의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도를 55℃~80℃로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-벤질옥시카보닐-L-아스파트산의제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
