Abstract
한 조각 외과용 수복 장치는 본질적으로 중합체 와이어로 구성된다. 중합체 와이어는 연신된 반결정질 중합체로 구성된다.
외과용 수복장치는 스테이플일수 있고, 주위온도에서 영구적 굽힘변형이 가능할수 있다.

제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명의 예비 성형되고 변형된 스테이플의 측면도이다. 제3도는 제2도의 상면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 연신된 반결정질 중합체로 구성되는 중합체 와이어로 본질적으로 구성되는 주위온도에서 영구적 굽힘 변형이 가능할수 있는 한조각 외가용 수복 장치임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 와이어가 약600,000psi이상의 Young's모듈러스를 가지는 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연신된 반결정질 중합체가 폴리유산 또는 폴리글리를 산의 단독중합체, 유산 에스테르 결합 및/ 또는 ε-카프로락톤 및 1,3-디옥산-2-온으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 단량체로부터 제조된 결합을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체 또는 락티드 및 글리콜리드로부터 유도되는 다중층 중합체인 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 주위온도에서 영구적 굽힘 변형이 가능할 수 있는 한조각 외과용 수복장치가 유산에스테르 결합 약50몰% 이상을 포함하며 나머지 결합이 ε-카프로락톤으로부터 제조되는 블록 공증합체로 본질적으로 구성되는 스테이플임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주위 온도에서 영구적 굽힘 변형이 가능할수 있는 한조각의 살균 외과용 수복장치가, 연속상중 적어도 하나가 약37℃이상의 생체내 유리 전이 온도를 가지는 하나 이상의 연속성을 가지는 압출가능한 생적합성 중합체로 구성되는 중합체 와이어로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한조각 외과용 수복장치가, 연신된 반결정질 생흡수성 중합체 또는 적어도 한 중합체가 반결정질 중합체 연신된 반결정질 생흡수성 중합체인 둘 이상의 중합체의 블랜드 또는 포유동물 조직의 생체네 온도 이상의 유리 전이 온도를 가지는 연속성으로 구성되는 블랜드 본질적으로 구성되는, 압출된 중합체 와이어로 구성되면, 체액네 영구적 변형이 가능할수 있는 포유동물 조직에 유용한 살균의 외과용 스테이플임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 한조각 외과용 수복장치가 연속상중 적어도 하나가 약37℃이상의 생체내 유리 전이 온도를 가지는 생흡수성 중합체로 구성되고, 약0.005-0.050인치의 직경을 가지는 압출되고 연신된 중합체 와이어로부터 제조된 외과용 스테이플임을 특징으로 하고 상기 방사 살균된 외과용 스테이플의 영구적 굽힘변형이 가능할수 있고 약800,000psi이상의 Young's모듈러스를 가지고 생체내21일후에 그의 초기 개방 강도의 적어도 약50%를 유지하는 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중합체 와이어가 유산 에스테르 결합의 적어도 약 80몰%를 가지며, 나머지 결합이 ε-카프로락톤 으로부터 제조되는 생흡수성 블록 공중합체로 구성되는 제품.
- 중합체를 압출하여 중합체 압출물을 형성하고 약25℃에서 중합체 압출물을 담금질하고, 상기 중합체 와이어를 1배이상-약12배 이하의 연신 비를 적어도 한 단계로 연신하여 중합체 와이어를 형성하고, 적어도 한 곡면을 가지는 고정구에 대해 상기 중합체 와이어를 굽힘으로써 상기 중합체 와이어내에 적어도 하나의 곡선을 형성하고, 상기 중합체 와이어의 적어도 한 끝을 절단하여 한조각 외과용 수복장치를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1-8항중 어느 하나의 한조각 외과용 수복장치를 제조하는 방법.
- 상기 한조각 생흡수성 외과용 수복장치를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1-8항중 어느 하나에 따른, 한조각 외과용 수복장치를 살균하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
