Abstract

본 발명은 메인칩과 이피롬의 제조 공정을 각각 달리하여 조립시에만 한 리드프레임상에 올려놓고 와이어로 본딩하므로써, 작업 공정이 단수해지므로 인한 작업 능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 뿐만 아니라, 이에 따른 제작 우너가 또한 대폭 절감할 수 있는 등의 많은 장점이 구비된 매우 유요안 발명이가. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 메인칩(1)과 이피롬(2)을 별도로 제조하여 조립시에 한 리드프레임상에서 상기 메인칩(1)의 패드(3)와 이피롬(2)의 패드(3a)를 상호 와이어(4)로 본딩하여 연결시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 OPT칩의 MCU 제조방법이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 메인칩(1)과 이피롬(2)을 별도로 제조하여 조립시에 한 리드프레임상에서 상기 메인칩(1)의 패드(3)와 이피롬(2)의 패드(3a)를 상호 와이어(4)로 본딩하여 연결시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 OPT칩의 MCU 제조방법.
