Abstract
본 발명은, 단일장치로 복수의 동작을 순차적으로 행할 수 있으며 또 간단한 기구로 편심하중을 발생시키지 않는 높은 가공정밀도를 얻을 수 있는 실린더 가공장치를 제안하는 것으로, 실린더 본체에 끼워 넣어진 제1피스톤 및 제2피스톤을 구비하고 이 제1피스톤은 그 피스톤로드 앞부분에 제1작동부재를 소유하고 상기 실린더 본체에 설치된 유출출입부로 부터 율출입하는 작동유동체에 의해서 왕복동 되고, 상기 제2피스톤은 그 피스톤로드 앞부분에 제2작동부재를 소유하고 상기 제1피스톤을 관통하여 설치된 유체유로로 부터 유출입하고 작동유체에 의해서 상기 제1피스톤의 작동축방향으로 왕복동된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실린더 가공장치를 프레스장치로 이용한 것으로서, 실린더 본체가 단면이 고리형상으로 형성된 예를 도시하는 전체종단면도.
제2도는 피가공재의 프레스공정을 도시하는 종단면도.
제3도는 동 가공품의 밀어내는 공정을 도시하는 종단면도.
제4도는 가공품을 빼내는 공정을 도시하는 종단면도.
Claims (3)
- 실린더 본체에 끼워넣어진 제1피스톤 및 제2피스톤을 구비하고, 상기 제1피스톤은 그 피스톤로드 앞부분에 제1작동부재를 소유하며 상기 실린더본체에 설치된 유출입부로 부터 유출입하는 작동유동체에 의해서 왕복동되고, 상기 제2피스톤을 관통하여 설치된 유체유로로 부터 유출입하는 작동유체에 의해서 상기 제1피스톤의 작동축방향으로 왕복동 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더식 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 본체는 단면이 고리형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 본체는 단면이 원 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 가공장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
