Abstract
나사체결기의 압송부재에 의한 나사의 송입을 안정화하기 위하여 나사열의 한쪽에서 나사의 중심을 연결하는 선상으로부터 벗어난 곳에 합성수지제의 띠형상재가 위치하도록한 나사연철체에 있어서 나사를 띠형상재의 존재에도 불구하고 바른자세로 유지하여 체결을 할 수 있도록한다.
그러기 위하여 확대두부를 보유하는 나사의 다수를 배열시킨 나사열을 한쌍의 합성수지로 된 연철용인 띠형상재의 사이에 삽입할 때에 한쪽편의 주띠형상재의 단면적을 다른한쪽편의 부띠형상재의 그섭보다도 크게하고 그 단면적이큰 대략 직선형상의 주띠형상재에 나사의 연철상태의 강도를 유지시켜서 다른쪽의 부띠형상재를 주띠형상재 위의 나사형상에 대응하여 굴곡하게 하여서 양띠형상재 사이에 나사열을 삽입한다.
이 나사연철체에 있어서 주띠형상재의 외축면은 평면형상으로하고, 각 나사사이에 있어서의 양띠형상재의 중합부분은 편평화하여서 띠형상재의 중합부분에 리브형상의 돌출부분이 없게하고, 주띠형상재에 대해서는 배열한 각 나사를 파들어가게하여 그 부분의 주띠형상재를 박육화한다.

Claims (5)
- 확대두부를 보유하는 나사의 다수를 일정한 방향으로 배열시킨 나사열을 한쌍의 합성수지로 이루어지는 연철용 띠형상재 사이에 삽입하고 그 띠형상재는 나사열의 한쪽평에 위치하는 한쪽띠형상재의 단면적을 다른쪽 띠형상재의 그것보다도 크게하여서, 단면적이 큰 대략 직선형상의 주띠형상재에 나사의 연철상태의 강도를 유지시키고, 나사열의 다른쪽편에 위치하는 부띠형상재를 상기한 주띠형상재위의 나사형상에 대응하여 굴곡하도록하고 양띠형상재 사이에의 나사열의 삽입에 의하여 그 나사열을 고정하여서 이루어지는 연철체에 있어서, 상기한 주띠형상재의 외측면을 실질적으로 평면형상으로 하는 동시에, 상기한 나사열의 각나사 사이에 있어서의 양띠형상재의 중합부분을 편평화하여서, 그 중합부분을 부띠형상재가 리브형상의 돌출부분을 형성하지 않게하고, 상기한 주띠형상재에 대하여 그 위에 배열한 각 나사를 파들어가게하여서 그 부분의 주띠형상부재를 박육화한 것을 특징으로 하는 연속나사체결기를 위한 연철체.
- 부띠형상재와 부띠형상재의 중합부분을 대략 본재의 주띠형상재의 두께정도로 편평화한 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1기재의 연속나사체결기를 위한 나사연철체.
- 부띠형상재는 그 대부분이 나사에 있어서의 나사산부의 사이에 들어가고 부띠형상재가 나사의 골부를 채우듯이 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1기재의 연속나사체결기를 위한 나사연철체.
- 확대두부를 보유하는 나사의 다수를 일정한 방향으로 배열시킨 나사열로서 공급하고, 그 나사열의 양측에 한쌍의 반용융형상 합성수지로 이루어지는 띠형상재를 압출하여서, 나사열을 그들 띠형상재 사이에 삽입하여 연철체로 할때에 나사열의 한쪽면에 위치하는 한쪽으 띠형상재를 형성하는 반용융형사의 합성수지의 단면적을 다른쪽편의 띠형상재의 그것보다도 크게하고, 그들 띠형상재에 의한 나사의 삽입을 배열한 나사에 대하여 상기한 반용융형상합성수지로 이루어지는 띠형상재를 양측으로부터 압착로울러에 의해 압착하므로써 실시하고, 단면적이 큰 주띠형상재를 압착하는 압착로울러의 표면은, 실질적으로 원통형상을 이루는 원통면에 의하여 형성하며,다른쪽의 부띠형상재의 압착로울러의 표면은 그 부띠형상재를 나사 및 주띠형상재에 대하여 압착하기 위한 기어형상을 이루며 그 톱니정상부를 양띠형상재의 중합부분을 편평화하는 데에 필요한 높이의 압접면으로 하고 각 기어사이은 나사를 받아들이는 나사유지홈을 오목하게 설치하며, 이들 압착로울러에 의하여, 상기한 주띠형상재의 외측면을 실질적으로 평면형상으로하는 동시에 상기한 나사열의 각 나사간에 있어서의 양띠형상재의 중합부분을 편평화하고 그 중합부분을 부띠형상재기 리브형상의 돌출부분을 형성하지 않도록하며, 또한 상기한 주띠형상재에 대한 나사의 압접에 의하여 각 나사의 일부를 주띠형상재에 파들어가게하여서 그부분의 주띠형상재를 박육화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제1항기재의 연속나사 체결기를 위한 나사연철체의 제조방법.
- 주띠형상재 및 부띠형상재를 형성하는 반용융형상인 합성수지의 공급위치를 압착로울러의 표면에 대하여 나사의 축선방향으로 조정하고 나사에 있어서의 띠형상재의 연철위치를 주띠형상재와 부띠형상재의 대향범위내에 있어서 임의로 설정하여 연철하는 것을 특징으로하는 청구의 범위 제4항 기재의 연속나사체결기를 위한 연철체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
