Abstract

필름 상에 실리콘 박리 필름으로서 작용하기에 충분한 양의 코우팅을 갖는 연신 폴리에스테르 필름을 포합하는 실리콘 박리 필름에 관한 것이다. 수성 코우팅은 글리시독시 실란 및 수성 열경화성 실리콘 박리 조성물로 구성된다. 코우팅내에 존재하는 최소량의 글리시독시 실란은 실리콘 고형분의 적어도 1.0중량%이다. 전형적인 글리시독시 실란은 글리시독시 프로필트메톡시실란 또는 글리시독시프로필트리에톡시 실란이다. 실리콘 코♀팅으로 폴리에스테르 필름을 코우팅하는 방법이 공개되며, 코우팅은 필름을 하이트-세트하기 전에 필름제조 공정중에 인-라인으로 수행된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 하기 a)-b)로 구성되는 폴리에스테르 박리 필름, a) 폴리에스테르 연신 필름, 및 b) 실리콘 오우팅으로부터 접착제로 이면 처리된 물품을 박리하기 충분한 효과적인 양의 상기 필름 상 실리콘 코우팅, 이때 상기 실리콘 코우팅은 건조중량 기준으로 열경화성 실리콘 수지 조성물 및 상기 실리콘 코우팅의 총 건조 중량율 기준으로 적어도 약 1중량%의 글리시독시 실란으로 구성된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 코우텅이 약 3% 내지 30중량%의 고형분인 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 코우팅이 약 0.021b/림 내지 0.101b/림인 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제l항에 있어서, 상기 글리시독시 실란은 실리콘 고형분 약 30%미만의 양으로 존재하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글리시독시 실란은 일반식 X-Y-Si-R1, R2, R3에 의해 표현되며, 이때, X는 글리시독시기이고, Y는 알킬렌 기이고, R1, R2, 및 R3는 가수분해성 기인 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 글러시독시 실란은 글리시독시 알킬트리알콕시실란 또는 글리시독시알킬트리 아세톡시실란의 부류로부터 선택되는 폴리에스테르 필름.
  7. 하기 a)-b)로 구성되는 필름을 코우팅하는 방법, a) 폴리에스테르 필름을 형성하고, b) 상기 폴리에스테르필름을 연신시키고, c) 접착제로 이면처리된 물품상에 박리시키기 충분한 효과적인 양의 코우팅으로 상기 필름을 인-라인 코우팅하고, 이때 상기 코우팅은 수성 열경화성 실리콘 수지 조성물 및 상기 실리콘 고형분의 적어도 1.0중량%이 글리시독시 실란으로 구성되며, d) 상기 코우팅을 건조시키고, 및 e) 상기 코우팅된 필름을 히이트-세팅시킨다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 코우팅은 약 3% 내지 약 30중량% 고형분인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 건조 실리콘 코우팅은 약 0.21b/림 내지 약 0.101b/림인 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 글리시독시 실란은 실리콘 고형분의 약 30중량% 미만의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 글리시독시 실란은 일반식 X-Y-Si-R1, R2, R3에 의해 표현되며, 이때, X는 글리시독시기이고, Y는 알킬렌 기이고, R1, R2및 R3는 가수분해성 기인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 글리시독시 실란은 글리시독시알킬트리알콕시실란 또는 글리시독시알킬트리아세톡시실란의 부류로부터 선택되는 방법.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 건조 단계후에, 단계(b)에서의 연신 방향에 대해 횡방향으로 상기 폴리에스테르 필름을 연신시키는 부가적인 단계를 수행하는 방법.
