Claims (14)
- (A) 폴리아크릴 수지 ; 및 (B) (i) 주위조건에서 150 내지 200℃의 비등점을 갖는 강용매 (여기서, 상기 수지 (A)는 높은 용해성임) 5 내지 25중량%, 및 (ii) 주위조건하에 90 내지 150℃의 비등점을 갖는 약용매 (여기서, 상기 수지(A)는 용해성임) 75 내지 95중량%를 포함한 유기 용매 블렌드를 상기 수지 (A) 1중량부당 90 내지 99중량부 포함하는 열가소성 하도제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴 수지가 폴리메틸 메타그릴레이트인 열가소성 하도제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴 수지가 폴리에틸 메타크릴레이트인 열가서성 하도제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강용매가 150℃ 내지 200℃에서 비등하는, 디아세톤 알코올 디이소부틸 게톤, 디이소아밀케톤, 이소포론, 디프로필렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르 및 거의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 열가소성 하도제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약용매가 90℃ 내지 150℃에서 비등하는, 프로필렌 글리를 모노메틸 에테르, 플로필렌 글리콜 모노프로필 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르 에틸렌 글리콜 에틸 에테르 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 열가소성 하도제조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 흡수제를 함유하는 열가소성 하도제조성물.
- (C) 주위 조건하에 방향족 열가소성 기재의 표면을 하도제조성물 [이 조성물은 (A) 폴리아크릴 수지 ; 및 (B) (i) 주위조건에서 150 내지 200℃의 비등점을 갖는 강용매 (여기서, 상기 수지 (A)는 높은 용해성임) 5 내지 25중량% 및 (ii) 주위조건하에 90 내지 150℃의 비등점을 갖는 약용매(여기서, 상기 수지 (A)는 용해성임)75내지 95중량%를 포함한 유기 용매 블랜드를 상기 수지 (A) 1중량부당 90내지 99중량부 포함함]로 처리하고, (D)처리된 방향족 열가소성 기재를 주위조건 하에 건조시키고, (E) 하도처리된 열가소성 기재를 콜로이드 실리카 충진된 실리콘 결징도장 조성물 [이 조성물은 약 7.1 내지 약 7.8 의 pH를 갖고 있으며, 수/알코올 용액에 분산된 약 10 내지 50중량%의 고형물 (이 고형물은 R1이 C(1-3)알킬 라디칼이고, R2가 동일하거나, 다른 C(1-8)알킬 라디칼로부터 선택된 일반식 R1Si(OR2)3의 유기트리알콕시 실란의 부분 축합물 30 내지 90%와 함께 10 내지 70%의 콜로이드 실리카를 포함함)을 포함함)로 처리하여 실리콘 경질도막 및 방향족 열가소성 기재의 습식-상-습식(wet-on wet)복합체를 제조하고, (F) 상기 복합체를 주위조건하에서 건조시키고, (G) 90 내지 150℃의 온도에서 상기 건조된 복합체를 베이킹(baking) 하여 실리콘 경질도막-방향족 열가소성 기재 복합체를 생성시키는 것을 포함하는, 방향족 열가소성 기재 및 실리콘 경질도막의 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 방향족 열가소성 기재가 폴리카보네이트 기재인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴 수지가 폴리에틸 메타크릴레이트인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴 수지가 폴리에틸 메타그릴 레이트인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하도제조성물 및 콜로이드 실리카 충진된 경질도장 조성물이 자외선 흡수제를 함유하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 부분 축합물의 유기트리알콕시 실란이 메틸트리메톡시 실란인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 강용매가 150℃ 내지 200℃에서 비등하는, 디아세톤 알코올, 디이소부틸 케톤, 디이소아밀케톤, 이소포론, 디프로필렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 약용매가 90℃ 내지 150℃에서 비등하는, 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르, 프로필렌 글리콜 모노프로필 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르, 에틸렌 글리콜 에틸 에테르, 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
