Abstract

본 발명은 PET와 안료를 용융혼합함에 있어서,PET을 안료를 용융혼합하여 우선적으로 용융하며, 경우에 따라서 첨가제와 함께 용융한후, 이에 생성된 혼합물로서 동혼합물중 안료 농도가 30~55%이며, 바람직하기로는 안료농도가 50%인 겔 또는 파우더 상태의 드라이 마스터 칼라를 제조하는 방법과 PET와 안료를 용융혼합하는 혼합공정을 거쳐서 생성된 일차혼합물을 PBT이거나 PET와 상용가능한 수지에 혼합하여 이차 생성물을 제조하고 동이차 생성물중 안료농도가 15~28%이며, 바람직하기로는 25%인 마스터 벳취의 제조방법에 관한 기술이다.

Claims (5)

  1. PET와 안료를 용융혼합함에 있어서,PET을 우선적으로 용융하며, 경우에 따라서 첨가제와 함께 용융할 수 있으며, 이에 안료를 용융혼합하여 생성된 혼합물로서 동혼합물중 안료 농도가 30~55%이며, 바람직하기로는 안료농도가 50%인 겔 또는 파우더 상태의 드라이 마스터 칼라를 제조하는 방법.
  2. PET와 안료를 용융혼합하는 제1항에 따른 혼합공정을 거쳐서 생성된 일차혼합물을 PBT이거나 PET와 상용가능한 수지에 혼합하여 이차 생성물을 제조하고 동이차 생성물중 안료농도가 15~28%이며, 바람직하기로는 25%인 마스터 벳취의 제조방법.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 합성수지가 완제품인 실, 필름 또는 기타 사출물의 주성분인 PET연화점 보다 낮은 연화점을 갖는 합성 수지를 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 사용되는 합성수지의 연화점이 PET인 경우 100~260℃ 범위이고, PBT인 경우 210~250℃ 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항의 방법으로 생성된 드라이마스터 칼라 또는 마스터 벳취.
