Abstract
본 발명은 적어도 부분적으로 차단된 이소시아네이트 및 유기 담체의 존재하에 유액을 만드는데 사용된 성분의 특성에 따라, 이소시아네이트 또는 이소시아네이트 반응성 물질의 유액을 이소시아네이트 반응성 물질 또는 이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 슬러시 성형법에 유용한 신규한 분말을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 후속적으로, 최종 반응 생성물을 담체로부터 분리한다.

Claims (13)
- a) 표면-활성 화합물로 안정화시킨, (ⅠA) 유리 NCO 그룹을 갖는 성분 및 (ⅠB) NCO 그룹에 대해 반응성인 그룹을 갖는 성분으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 제1성분의 미세 소적의 유액을 제조하고, b) 유액을 제1성분과 반응성인, (ⅡA) 분자 1개당 NCO 그룹에 대해 반응성인 평균 2개의 수소원자를 갖는 성분 및 (ⅡB) 분자 1개당 평균 2개의 NCO 그룹을 갖는 성분으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 제2성분과 반응시킨 다음(단, 단계 a)의 유액이 성분 (ⅠA)을 기본으로 하는 경우에는, 제2성분은 (ⅡA)이고, 단계 a)의 유액이 성분 (ⅠB)를 기본으로 하는 경우에는, 제2성분은 (ⅡB)이며, 단계 b)는 적어도 부분적으로 차단된 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하며 독립적으로 제조된 성분(Ⅲ)의 존재하에 및 성분(ⅠA) 또는 (ⅠB)와 성분(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)과의 개개의 반응 생성물이 용해되지 않는 불활성 유기 액체 담체 상의 존재하에 수행한다), c) 불활성 유기 담체로부터 반응 생성물을 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법에 의해 제조된 자유-유동성 폴리우레탄 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(Ⅲ)이 a) 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트, 하이드록시벤조산 에스테르 및 평균 분자량이 400 내지 6,000인 폴리올의 반응 생성물, b) 우레트디온 그룹을 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 우레트디온 그룹을 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트와 1 또는 수개의 NCO-반응성 화합물의 반응 생성물 및 c) a)와 b)의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제2항에 있어서, 우레트디온 그룹을 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트를 이량체화시킴으로써 수득되는 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ⅠA)가 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트와 평균 분자량이 400 내지 6,000인 폴리에스테르 디올의 반응에 의해 수득된 우레탄-NCO 예비중합체인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ⅠA)가 4,4′-메틸렌비스(사이클로헥실 이소시아네이트)와 평균 분자량이 400 내지 6,000인 폴리에스테르 디올의 반응에 의해 수득된 우레탄-NCO 예비중합체인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ⅡA)가 분자량이 400 미만인 디올 또는 하나 이상의 디올의 혼합물인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비점 범위가 65 내지 200℃인 지방족 탄화수소가 불활성 유기 담체 상으로 사용된 분말.
- 제1항에 따른 분말 및 주위온도(25℃)에서 고체인 분쇄된 발포제 하나 이상을 포함하는 발포성 폴리우레탄 분말 제제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 발포제가 아조디카본아미드인 분말 제제.
- a) 표면-활성 화합물로 안정화시킨, (ⅠA) 유리 NCO 그룹을 갖는 성분 및 (ⅠB) NCO 그룹에 대해 반응성인 그룹을 갖는 성분으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 제1성분의 미세 소적의 유액을 제조하고, b) 유액을 제1성분과 반응성인, (ⅡA) 분자 1개당 NCO 그룹에 대해 반응성인 평균 2개의 수소원자를 갖는 성분 및 (ⅡB) 분자 1개당 평균 2개의 NCO 그룹을 갖는 성분으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 제2성분과 반응시킨 다음(단, 단계 a)의 유액이 성분 (ⅠA)을 기본으로 하는 경우에는, 제2성분은 (ⅡA)이고, 단계 a)의 유액이 성분 (ⅠB)를 기본으로 하는 경우에는, 제2성분은 (ⅡB)이며, 단계 b)는 적어도 부분적으로 차단된 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하며 독립적으로 제조된 성분(Ⅲ)의 존재하에 및 성분(ⅠA) 또는 (ⅠB)와 개개의 반응 생성물이 용해되지 않는 불활성 유기 액체 담체 상의 존재하에 수행한다), c) 불활성 유기 담체로부터 반응 생성물을 분리함을 특징으로 하여, 자유-유동성 폴리우레탄 분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 담체 상에 용해되지 않는 발포제를 사용하고, 이를 불활성 유기 액체 담체 상에 가하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 성분(ⅠA), (ⅡA), (ⅠB) 또는 (ⅡB)를 반응시키기 전에 발포제를 이들 성분에 가하는 방법.
- 분말을 가열된 금형 내부에서 슬러싱하는 분말 슬러시 성형법으로 성형 시이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 분말이 제1항에 따른 분말임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
