Abstract

본 발명은 NCO 기가 없고. 차폐된 이소시아네이트에 의해 반응성이고, 본질적으로 선형이고, 광범위하게 예비신장된, 80℃ 이상의 연화 온도를 갖는 폴리우레탄, 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 폴리우레탄은 분말로서 사용되어 열가소성 수지와 같이 가공되고 후경화될 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. I) 적어도 일부가 대칭인 1종 이상의 유기 디이소시아네이트, Ⅱ) 분자량이 400내지 6,000이고, 0℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 본질적으로 선형인 1종 이상의 폴리히드록실 화합물, Ⅲ) 차폐된 NCO 기를 적어도 일부 갖는 유기 화합물, Ⅳ) 성분 Ⅳ)의 분자량에 대한 성분 Ⅱ)의 분량의 비가 적어도 3:1이고, 60내지 600의 분자량을 갖는 1종 이상의 디올의 반응 생성물로 이루어지고, 여기서, a)성분 I), Ⅱ), Ⅲ) 및 Ⅳ)는 차폐된 NCO 기의 비차폐 은도 이하의 온도에서 용융 또는 액체 형태로 반응시키고, b) 반응 전의 차폐 및 유리 NCO기의 총수에 대한 차폐 NCO기의 양은 1 내지 20%이고, c) 성분 Ⅱ) 및 Ⅳ)중의 NCO기와 반응하는 기에 대한 성분 I) 및 Ⅲ) 중의 유리 NCO 기의 비가 1.1:1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, NCO 기가 없고, 본질적으로 선형이며, 차폐된 이소시아네이트기에 의해 반응성이고, 80℃ 이상의 연화 온도를 갖는 폴리우레탄.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 Ⅳ)로서 1,4-부탄디올이 사용되는 폴리우레탄.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 Ⅲ)이 a) 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트, 히드록시벤조에이트 및 400 내지 6,000의 평균 몰 질량을 갖는 폴리올의 반응 생성물, b) 우레트디온 기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트, 또는 우레트디온 기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 및 1종 이상의 NCO반응성 화합물의 반응 생성물, 및 C) 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 설택된 것인 폴러우레탄.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 우레트디온 기를 함유하는 상기 폴리이소시아네이트가 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트률 이량체화시킴으로써 얻어진 것인 폴리우레탄.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 I)이 1,6-헥7사메렌 디이소시아네이트 및(또는) 4,4'-메틸렌-비스-시플로헥신 디이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되고, 성분 Ⅱ)가 평균 분자량이 400 내지 6,000이며, 0℃이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 폴리에스테르디올이고, 성분 I) 및 Ⅱ)가 반응하여 프리폴리머를 형성하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 Ⅲ)의 존재 하에, I) 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 4,4'-메틸렌-비스-시클로렉실 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을, Ⅱ) 분자량이 400내지 6,000이고, 0℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 1종 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 및 Ⅳ) 400미만의 분자량을 갖는 1종
    이상의 디올의 흔합물과 반웅시킴으로써 제조된 폴리우레탄.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, I) 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 4,4'-메틸렌-비스-시클로헥실 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 터이소시아네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을, Ⅱ) 1종 이상의 상기 디이소시아네이트, 상기 성분 Ⅲ)및 분자량이 400 내 지 6, 070이고, 0℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 폴러에스테르로부터 제조된, 관능성 히드록실기를 갖는 프리폴리머, 및 Ⅳ) 400미만의 분자량을 갖는 1종 이상의 디올과 반응시킴으로써 제조된 폴리우레탄.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 임의로 분말 형태이고, 또한 실온에서 고상이고, 성분 I), Ⅱ), Ⅲ) 및 Ⅳ)의 반응 온도보다 높은 분해 온도를 갖는 취입제를 0.1 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 함유하는 폴리우레탄.
