Abstract
본 발명은 소석회 용해 용기에서 생성된 미용해 물질(탄산칼슘 및 탄산칼슘으로 피복된 소석회)슬러리를 혼합 및 반응 용기내에서 탄산 함유 수와 혼합 및 반응시켜 탄산 수소 칼슘 수용액으로 만들어 물 수용 용기중의 물에 소석회 수용액과 함께 연속적으로 부가하는 것을 포함하는 수도의 랑겔리에르 지수와 pH의 개선 방법에 존재하며, 이 방법에 의해 낮은 이용률의 미용해 물질의 이용율이 개선되고 랑겔리에르 지수도 개선될 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 수도의 개선방법의 구체예를 나타내는 공정도.
Claims (4)
- (1)소석회 수용액을 제조하는 동안 소석회 용해 용기에 잔류하는 미용해 물질을 슬러리로 제거하고, (2)상기 슬러리를 탄산 함유 수와 혼합 및 반응시켜 탄산 수소칼슘 수용액을 제조하고, 또 (3)상기 수용액을 소석회 용해 용기중에서 수득한 소석회 수용액과 함께 수도에 부가하는 단계를 포함하는 소석회를 사용한 수도의 랑겔리에르 지수 및 pH의 개선방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(1)에서의 미용해 물질이 탄산 칼슘 또는 탄산칼슘으로 피복된 소석회 입자인 수도의 개선방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(2)에서 슬러리를 탄산 함유 수와 혼합 및 반응시키는 것이 선형 혼합기에서 실행되는 수도의 개선방법.
- 소석회 수용액을 제조하기 위한 교반기 장착 소석회 용해 용기, 미용해 물질을 슬러리로 제거하기 위한 슬러리 용기, 미용해 물질 슬러리를 타산 함유 수와 혼합 및 반응시켜 탄산 수소 칼슘 수용액을 제조하기 위한 혼합 및 반응 용기, 및 소석회 수용액 및 탄산 수소 칼슘 수용액을 수도에 부가하기 위한 물 수용 용기를 포함하는 수도의 랑겔리에르 지수와 pH의 개선장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
