Abstract

본 발명은, 도시 쓰레기 소각 잔재를 처리하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 처리할 잔재를 균질화시키고 이의 조성을 화학적으로 분석한다.
그런 다음, 잔재를 물과, 잔재의 화학적 분석에 따라 결정된 비율로 활성 알루미나 함유하는 시약과 혼합하여 알루미네이트 찬물(이때 활성 알루미나는 과량으로 존재한다)을 형성시킨다.
본 발명은 또한 이로부터 수득된 생성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. a)처리할 잔재(residue)를 균질화시키고, b) 잔재 중에서 적어도 칼슘 및 가용성 염의 함량을 파악하기 위하여 잔재의 조성을 화학적으로 분석하며, c) 잔재를 물, 및 잔재의 화학적 분석에 따라 측정된 미리 결정된 비율로 존재하는 활성 알류미나 또는 이를 유리하기 쉬운 화합물 및 석회의 혼합물을 함유하는 시약과 혼합하여 알루미네이트 착물(이때, 활성 알루미나 과량으로 존재한다)을 형성하고, d)혼합물을 정치시켜 셋팅 및 경화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 미분형 도시 쓰레기 소각 잔재를 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 C12A7을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시약이 C12A7을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 C3A및 C12A7모두를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 b)중에 적어도 클로라이드, 설페이트, 카보네이트 및 니트레이트 일부를 분석함을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 과량의 활성 알루미나가 0내지 20%임을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 d) 이후에, e)수득된 고체를 과립화시켜 과립을 생성시키고, f)과랍을 결합제와 혼합하여 과립이 봉매된 상태의 고체를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 결합제가 수력학적 제제임을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 결합제가 포틀랜드 시멘트임을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과립/결합제 혼합물을 고체화 이전에 형상화시킴을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  11. 제7항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과립/결합제 혼합물을 가압함을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  12. 제7항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과립/결합제 혼합물을 진동시킴을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실행하여 수득한 생성물.
  14. 가용성 염의 이온 40%이상이 칼슘 알루미네이트 착물 형태로 화학적으로 결합된 상태인, 가정 쓰레기 소각 잔재 처리로 부터 유도된 생성물.
  15. 중금속 50% 이상이 반응 매질의 PH10.5 내지 12로 인해 수산화물 형태로 불용성 상태로 존재하는, 가정 쓰레기 소각 잔재 처리로부터 유도된 생성물.
