Abstract

본 발명은 중합체 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 폴리에스테르 물질과 상용성인 또는 다른 중합체 물질 50중량%이하, 바람직하게는 5 내지 25중량%와, 필요한 경우, 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 보강용 및/또는 충진용 첨가제 및 기타 보조제 50중량%이하, 바람직하게는 10 내지 40중량%를 포함할 수 있는 폴리에스테르 물질의 괴상 캐리어층(여기서, 캐리어층은 이와 접촉하고 있는 장식층의 물질층과의 접촉 영역에서 서로 떨어지지 않게 고정된다) ; 및 필요할 경우에는 가시적 특성 및/또는 감촉 특성에 영향을 미치는 몇몇 물질층으로부터 형성되고 모두 필수적으로 폴리에스테르 물질을 포함하는 장식층으로 이루어진 (여기서, 당해 층들은 전반적으로, 동일한 조성의 균질한 혼합물이 재사용되어 적절한 기계적 자료를 갖는 플라스틱의 구조요소를 제조할 수 있도록 특정 조성물을 갖는다)복합 성형품에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 중합체 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 폴리에스테르 물질과 상용성인 또는 다른 중합체 물질 50중량%이하, 바람직하게는 5 내지 25중량%와, 필요한 경우, 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 보강용 및/또는 충진용 첨가제 및 기타 보조제 50중량%이하, 바람직하게는 10 내지 40중량%를 포함할 수 있는 폴리에스테르 물질의 괴상 캐리어층(여기서, 캐리어층은 이와 접촉하고 있는 장식층의 물질층과의 접촉 영역에서 서로 떨어지지 않게 고정된다) ; 및 필요할 경우에는 가시적 특성 및/또는 감촉 특성에 영향을 미치는 몇몇 물질층으로부터 형성되고 모두 필수적으로 폴리에스테르 물질을 포함하는 장식층으로 이루어진 (여기서, 당해 층들은 전반적으로, 동일한 조성의 균질한 혼합물이 재사용되어 적절한 기계적 자료를 갖는 플라스틱의 구조요소를 제조할 수 있도록 특정 조성물을 갖는다)복합 성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단층 내지 3층 구조의 장식층(이의 외층은 직물재료를 포함한다)으로 이루어진 복합 성형
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2층 또는 3층 구조의 장식층(이의 외층은 직물재료를 포함하고 한 층은 발포체를 포함한다)으로 이루어진 복합 성형품.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장식층의 개개 층들이 접착 또는 용접에 의해 서로 결합되는 복합 성형품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어층이 보강재, 충진제, 탄성중합체 및 배합 첨가물 및 안정화제 첨가제와 함께 또는 이들의 부재하에 순수한 호모폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 복합 성형품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어층이 재순환 폴리에스테르 또는 재순환 생성물을 함유하는 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 복합 성형품.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 속에 함유된 중합체 물질에 대해 순수한 형태인 복합 성형품.
  8. 캐리어층과 장식층을 모아서 열가소성 물질에 대해 통상적인 가공법으로 이들 층을 떨어지지 않게 고정시킴을 포함하여, 하나 이상의 괴상 캐리어층과 하나의 장식층을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르의 복합 성형품을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 캐리어층과 장식층간의 견고하고도 영구적인 고정이 캐리어층용으로 고려된 용융된 열가소성 폴리에스테르를 장식용 직물재료의 이면으로 사출성형시킴으로써 달성되는 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 캐리어층 및 장식층용 물질이, 동일한 조성의 균질한 혼합물이 재사용되어 적절한 가계적 자료를 갖는 플라스틱의 구조 요소를 제조할 수 있도록 전술한 명세에서 기재내용과 구조적 양태의 테두리내에서 선택되는 방법.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 순수한 호모폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르가 보강재, 충진제, 탄성 중합체 및 배합 첨가물 및 안정화제 첨가제와 함께 또는 이의 부재하에 사용되는 방법.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재순환 폴리에스테르 또는 재순환 생성물을 함유하는 폴리에스테르가 캐리어층의 제조에 사용되는 방법.
