Description

전자레인지의 자동조리방법
제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 이루기 위한 하드웨어 구성도이다.
제2도 (a)-(d)는 본 발명의 방법을 설명하기 위한 도표이며,
제3도는 종래의 자동조리방법을 설명하기 위한 도표이다.

본 발명은 전자레인지의 자동조리방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 개스센서와 무게센서를 이용하여 음식의 끓는점 및 무게를 인식하고, 이에 의해 전체 조리시간을 퍼지이론(Fuzzy Rule)에 따라 산정하도록 된 전자레인지의 자동조리방법에 관한 것이다.
개스센서를 사용한 종래의 전자레인지의 자동조리시간 산출방법은 제3도에서와 같이, 조리개시 1분후부터 측정하여 얻은 최소 개스량을 A, 그리고 조리물이 끓기 시작하여 A의 140%가 되는 개스량을 B라 할 때, 조리후 B에 이르기까지의 조리시간인 T1과, 이 T1에 조리종류에 따라 결정되는 정수(factor)인 k를 곱한 시간인 T2를 합하여 총조리시간(총 조리시간=T1+T2)을 산출하였다.
즉, 전자레인지의 사용시 밥, 찌개, 볶음등의 조리의 종류를 선택한 후 시동스위치를 눌러 조리물을 가열시키게 되는데, 이렇게 조리물이 가열되면서 발생되는 개스의 양을 개스센서로 측정하여 A점의 최소개스량을 기록하고, 조리물이 끓는 B점의 시간을 측정한 다음 이와같이 측정된 데이터를 이용하여 전술한 바의 T2시간을 결정해줌으로써 이에 의해 산출된 전체 조리시간에 따라 조리를 완결짓게 된다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래의 자동조리시간 산출방식은 조리의 종류에 따라 선택되는 정수인 k가 고정되어 있고, 조리물이 끓기전의 조리시간인 T1만에 의해 조리양을 측정하게 되므로 조리음식량 즉, 조리음식 무게의 많고 적음에 따라 조리상태가 완벽하게 대응하지 못하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 음식의 무게와 비교적 무관하게 좋은 조리상태를 얻을 수 있도록 한 전자레인지의 자동조리 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 이루기 위하여 본 발명은 개스센서와 무게센서를 사용하여 조리음식의 무게 및 끓는시간을 검출하고, 이렇게 검출된 두 함수값의 구성비로써 전체 조리시간을 산출하는 방법을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 방법을 실현시키기 위한 제어회로의 일부구성을 첨부도면에 의해 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 수행하기 위한 하드웨어의 구성을 도시한 것으로서, 시스템 콘트롤러인 마이컴(1)에 개스센서(gas sensor)(2)와 함께 무게센서(weight sensor)(3)가 설치되어 조리시 조리음식의 무게 및 개스발생량을 측정하게 된다.
미설명 부호중 4는 키이감지부, 5는 전원제어부, 6은 조리시간등을 표시하기 위한 시간표시부이다.
다음에는 상기와 같은 구성의 제어회로에 적용되는 본 발명의 방법을 설명한다.
조리종류 선택 키이신호와 조리진행의 개시 또는 정지키이신호는 키이감지부(4)를 통해 마이컴(1)으로 입력되는데, 조리가 시작되면 우선 무게센서(3)가 동작하여 조리음식의 무게를 측정한다. 가스센서(2)는 조리시작의 약 1분후에 최저 개스량인 A(제3도 참조)를 측정하고 그 측정된 값은 마이컴(1)에 내장된 메모리에 기록되는데, 이때 조리가 진행됨에 따라 변화되는 개스량은 지속적으로 개스센서(2)에 의해 측정됨으로서 조리음식의 끓는 점인 B점(제3도 참조)을 감지해내고 이때까지의 시간인 T1(제3도 참조)이 상기의 메모리에 기록된다.
제2도 (a)(b)는 조리가 진행되면서 무게센서(3) 및 개스센서(2)에 의해 측정되는 조리음식의 무게 및 T1시간의 변화를 정류화하여 도시한 퍼지 멤버쉽 함수(Puzzi Membership Function)로서, 이들 두 함수가 총 조리시간에 영향을 미치는 요소가 된다.
제2도 (c)는 위와 같은 총 조리시간에 영향을 미치는 두가지 요소를 퍼지 이론에 따라 합성한 함수를 나타낸 것으로서, 총조리시간을 T1시간과 무게의 최소-최대(MIN-MAX)법으로 산정된다.
즉, 예를들어 끓는점까지의 조리시간인 T1이 13분이고 무게가 1.5㎏이라면 T1시간의 함수로부터.

고성분=0.4
을 얻으며, 무게 함수로부터는
고'성분=0.7
저'성분=0.3
을 얻게 되므로, 최소-최대법을 적용하면,
중고'성분=0.6
중저'성분=0.3
고저'성분=0.3
고고'성분=0.4
의 값을 얻게 된다.
따라서, 총 조리시간은 제2도(d)에서 보는 바와같이 상기의 산출값들을 경계선으로 하는 빗금친 부분의 무게중심점의 X좌표인 X1으로서 결정되는데, 이 X1에 해당하는 조리시간은 실험에 의해 결정된다.
이상 설명에서와 같이 본 발명의 방법은 조리음식의 무게와 T1 시간의 함수를 이용하여 총 조리시간을 결정해 주게 되므로, 조리음식의 무게변화에 따라 조리상태가 달라지는 종래의 방법에 비하여 조리음식의 무게와 무관하게 좋은 조리상태를 얻게 되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 개스센서(2)와 무게센서(3)를 채용하여 조리시 조리음식의 무게 및 끓는 시간(T1)에 대한 데이타를 각각 검출하여 이들 데이터의 멤버쉽 함수를 구성하는 단계와, 이 멤버쉽 함수를 구성하는 단계에 따라 구성된 멤버쉽 함수를 근거로하여 상기 조리음식의 끓는시간(T1)과 무게의 구성비로서 총 조리시간을 결정하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 자동조리방법.
