Abstract
본 발명은 니켈 및 코발트 및 임의로 구리원소에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 촉매를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 원소 및 내화성 무기 산화물을 함유하는 촉매 성분이 담지되어 있는 내화성 3차 구조물로 이루어진 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 촉매를 제공한다. 이 촉매는 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스중에 함유된 유해 성분, 예컨대 탄소질 미립자, 불연소 탄화수소, 일산화탄소등을 저온에서 부터 연소시킴으로써 제거할 수 있고, 또한 이산화황으로 부터 황산염의 형성을 억제시킬 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 니켈 및 코발트에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 니켈 및 코발트에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소와 내화성 무기 산화물을 함유하는 촉매 성분이 그 위에 담지되어 있는 내화성 3차 구조물로 이루어진 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내화성 무기 산화물이 활성화 알루미나, 실리카, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 실리카-알루미나, 알루미나-지르코니아, 알루미나, -티타니아, 실리카-티타니아, 실리카-지르코니아 및 티타니아-지르코니아로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내화성 3차 구조물이 개방 유동형 세라믹 벌집형 또는 개방 유동형 금속 벌집형인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산화물로서 니켈 및 코발트에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소의 담지량에 대해 산화물로서 구리원소의 담지량의 중량비〔Cuo/(NiO 및/또는 Co2O3)〕가 0.01 내지 0.5가 되는 양으로 구리원소를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 니켈 및 코발트에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소가 3차 구조물 매1ℓ당 산화물로서 0.5 내지 50g의 양으로 함유되고, 구리원소가 3차 구조물 매 1ℓ당 산화물로서 0.1 내지 1.0g의 양으로 추가로 함유되며, 산화물로서 니켈 및 코발트에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소의 담지량에 대한 산화물로서 구리 원소의 담지량의 중량비〔CuO/(NiO 및/또는 Co2O3)〕가 0.01-0.5임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
