인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ)의 정제방법, 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ A)에 대한 모노클로날 항체, 이의 제조방법 및 용도

Claims (9)

  1. 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ)또는 (Ⅹ Ⅲ A)를 함유하는 용액을 지지체 물질(친화성 물질)에 결합된 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ A)에 대한 모노클로날 항체와 접촉시키고, 서로로부터 친화성 물질 및 액체를 분리하여, 친화성 물질로부터 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ)또는 (Ⅹ Ⅲ A)를 생물학적으로 활성인 형태로 용출함을 특징으로 하여, 면역친화성 크로마토그래피에 의해 응고 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ)또는 (Ⅹ Ⅲ A)를 정제하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로날 항체의 면역반응성 단편 또는 유도체를 지지체 물질에 결합시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, IgG 부류의 모노클로날 항체가 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5내지 3mol/ℓ의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속염을 함유하는 완충액을 용출용을 사용하는 방법.
  5. IgM 부류를 제외한, 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ A)에 대한 모노클로날 항체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, IgM 부류인 모노클로날 항체.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 지지체 물질에 결합된 모노클로날 항체.
  8. 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅹ Ⅲ A)를 정제하기 위한 인자(Ⅹ Ⅲ A)에 대한 모노클로날 항체 또는 이러한 유형의 항체의 단편 또는 유도체이 용도.
