Claims (19)

  1. 윤활제의 박막을 갖는 적어도 하나와 데이타 디스크와, 상기 디스크에 부착된 허브와, 상기 디스크를 회전시키기 위해 허브에 연결된 모터와, 윤활제 공급부(sypply)를 유지하는 수단과, 디스크 파일의 설계 수명도안에 디스크에 재충전 (replenish)하기에 충분한 양이며 유지수단에 의해 유지된 윤활제 공급부와, 디스크에 데 이타를 기록 또는 판독하는 변환기와, 디스크상의 윤활제 막과 접촉되는 스키 표면을 갖는 변환기 캐리어와, 변환기가 디스크상의 여러 가지 데이타 영역에 접근할 수 있도록 캐리어 디스크를 가로질러 반경방향으로 이동시키는 작동기와, 디스크 회전동안에 디스크상의 윤활제 막과 접촉되도록 캐 리 어의 스키 표면을 가압하기 위해 작동기에 캐리어를 연결하는 수단과, 모터와 작동기를 지지하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제 공급 유지 수단은 허브와 디스크의 부착부 부근에 위치되고, 유지수단은 디스크의 내경 부근에 위치된 출구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  3. 재1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제 공급 유지 수단은 허브와 디스크 부착부 부근에 위치된 밀봉 용기를 포함하고, 상기 용기는 윤활제를 유지하기 위한 다공성 내부와 디스크의 회전동안에 윤활제와 이탈을 위해 외부 표면상에 다수의 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 허브를 둘러싸는 애뉼러스(annulus)를 포함하고, 상기 구멍은 애뷸러스의 직경방향 외부 표면상에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환기 캐리어의 스키 표면도 캐리어로부터 연장되는 다수의 스키 다리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 다수의 레일을 갖는 공기 베어링 슬라이더이고, 스키 다리는 레일로부터 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스키 다리는 원형 단부를 갖는 절두체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록디스크 파일.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 진공 환경을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어를 작동기에 연결하는 수단은 캐리어의 짐발된 운동(gimballed movement)을 제공하는 수단을 포함하고, 디스크와 회전 동안에 스키 표면이 윤활제막과 접촉되도록 가압될 때 캐리어는 피치 (pitch)및 롤(roll)할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 모터와 작동기를 지지하는 수단은 모터, 작동기, 변환기 캐리어, 디스크 및 윤활제 공급부 유지수단을 위해 밀봉된 환경을 둘러싸고 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 디스크 파일.
  11. 액체 윤활제의 얇은 막을 자기 기록 디스크와, 디스크에 부착된 허브와, 디스크를 회전시키기 위해 허브에 연결된 모터와, 윤활제가 디스크로부터 소모될 때 디스크에 윤활제를 보충하기 위한 윤활제 공급부를 포함하는 윤활제 용기와, 디스크에 데 이타를 기록 또는 판독하기 위한 변환기와, 적어도 하나의 스키 다리를 갖는 변환기 캐리어와, 변환기가 디스크상의 여러 영역에 접근할 수 있도록 캐리어를 디스크를 가로질러 반경방향으로 이동시 키는 작동기와, 디스크가 작동 속도로 회전될 때 캐리어의 스키 다리를 디스크상의 윤활제막에 가압시키기 위해 캐리어를 작동기에 연결하는 현수장치와, 모터와 작동기를 지지하는 수난을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 스키 다리는 캐리어로부터 연장되고, 스키 다리의 단부는 디스크상의 윤활제막상에서 주행하기에 충분히 작은 각도를 디스크 표면에 대해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 변환기는 스키 다리 부근의 캐리어상에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 다수의 레일을 갖는 공기 베어링 슬라이더이고, 스키 다리는 한 레일로부터 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 윤활제 용기는 허브를 디스크에 부착시키는 부착부의 근처에 위치되고, 디스크로부터 소모된 윤활제의 복귀용 입구를 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 윤활제 용기는 허브와 디스크의 부착부 근처에 위치된 밀봉 용기를 포함하고, 밀봉 용기는 윤활제를 유지하는 다공성 내부와 디스크의 회전 동안에 윤활제의 이탈을 위해 외부 표면상에 다수의 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 디스크 상에 있고 용기내에 있는 윤활제는 디스크로부터 소모되는 소모율을 용기내의 윤활제의 양이 디스크 드라이브의 설계 수명동안에 디스크를 보충하기에 충분하게 하는 레벨로 제한하기에 충분히 높은 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  18. 제11항에 있어서, 모터와 작동기를 지지하는 수단은 모터, 작동기, 변환기 캐리어, 디스크 및 윤활제 용기를 위해 밀봉된 환경을 둘러싸고 제공하는 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 진공 환경을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 디스크 드라이브.
