제3도는 본 발명에 따른 직물표면에 스펭글을 부착하는 장치를 예시적으로 도시한 측면도,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 직물표면에 스펭글을 부착하는 장치에 있어서, 컷터조립체와 다이 조립체의 일부분을 절결하여 도시한 부분 단면도,
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 컷터 조립체와 다이조립체의 확대 단면도,
제6도는 본 발명에 따른 다이조립체의 하부에 결합된 완충부재의 저면도.

Claims (1)

  1. (a) 스펭글 필름과 직물을 설정된 속도비로 컷터의 절단위치와 스펭글 부착위치로 위치시키는 단계와；(b) 유압 실린더에 의해 다이 조립체를 열판의 표면상에 위치한 상기 직물을 고정시키는 단계와, (c) 상기 유압 실린더에 의해 작동되는 컷터 조립체의 컷터로 스펭글 필름을 절단함과 동시에 절단된 상기 필름 조각을 에어 흡,출 제어장치에 의해 컷터의 단부에 흡착시키는 단계와；(d)상기 컷터의 말단에 흡착된 스펭글 필름을 상기 다이 조립체의 체결공과 체결됨과 동시에 상기 에어 흡출 제어 장치에 의해 공압을 주입하여 상기 컷터의 단부로부터 직물 표면상으로 이송시켜 가압하는 단계와；(e) 직물 표면상에 가압되는 상기 스펭글 필름을 열판의 열에 의해 소정온도로 가열하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 표면상에 스펭글을 부착하는 방법.
