Claims (9)
- 매우 높거나 매우 낮은 온도 또는 매우 높거나 매우 낮은 대기 습도에서 저장하는 경우에도 통기성이 이의 최초 값의 15%이상 변화되지 않음을 특징으로 하는, 500Pa의 시험 압력 차이하에서 측정한 통기성이 120l/dm2x분 미만으로 조절된 산업용 직물.
- 조절된 통기성 및 매우 우수한 내노화성을 필요로 하는 제품을 사용하기 위한, 제1항에 따른 직물의 용도.
- 공기 주머니의 여과 부분을 제조하기 위한, 제1항에 따른 직물의 용도.
- 공기 주머니의 접촉 부분을 제조하기 위한, 제1항에 따른 직물의 용도.
- 제1항에 따른 하나 이상의 여과 직물 또는 하나 이상 접촉 직물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 공기 주머니.
- 제5항에 따른 공기 주머니를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 공기 주머니 시스템.
- 매우 우수한 내노화성을 수득하기 위해, 수득하고자 하는 통기성에 적합한 열풍 수축률을 갖고 수득하고자 하는 사선형 밀도와 통기성에 정확하게 적합한 트래드(thread) 밀도를 갖는 합성 필라멘트사로 제조한 직물을 60 내지 140℃의 수성욕 속에서 습윤 처리하고, 섬유의 특정한 형태에 적합한 특정 조건하에서 열풍 속에서 1 또는 2단계로 처리한 다음, 최종적으로 스텐터에서 열풍 처리를 수행하고 스텐터 처리후 점진적으로 냉각시킨 다음, 최소의 장력으로 권취시킴을 특징으로 하여, 500Pa의 시험 압력 차이하에서 측정한 통기성이 120l/dm2x분 미만으로 조절된 산업용 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 매우 우수한 내노화성을 수득하기 위해, 수득하고자 하는 통기성에 적합한 열풍 수축률과수득하고자 하는 사선형 밀도 및 통기성에 정확하게 적합한 트레드 밀도를 갖는 폴리아미드 필라멘트사로 제조된 직물을 60 내지 140℃의 수성 욕 속에서 습윤 처리하여 이완시키고, 3 내지 5%의 과공급률로 스텐터로 공급하며, 스텐터 속에서 150℃ 이하에서 건조시키고 스텐터 처리후 점진적으로 냉각(이때, 건조 및 냉각 조건은 권취시 직물의 수분 함량이 약 5%가 되도록 고정시킨다)시킨 다음, 저장력으로 권취시킴을 특징으로하여, 산업용 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 매우 우수한 내노화성을 수득하기 위해, 수득하고자 하는 통기성에 적합한 열풍 수축률과 수득하고자 하는 사선형 밀도 및 통기성에 정확하게 적합한 트래드 밀도를 갖는 폴리에스테르사로 제조된 직물을 60 내지 140℃의 수성 욕 속에서 습윤 처리하고, 약 190℃의 스텐터에서 건조 및 고정시키고, 스텐터 처리후 점진적으로 냉각시킨 다음, 저장력으로 권취시킴을 특징으로하여, 통기성이 조절된 산업용 직물을 제조하는 방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
