Claims (12)
- SiO2: M2O 몰비가 1.5:1-3.3:1 인 알카리금속규산염을 약 30 - 약 53중량% 함유하는 용액을, 내부 표면에 근접해있는 다수의 회전아암을 구비한 온도가 약 150℃-약200℃인 드럼내에 규산염용액을 공급하고 약175℃-약250℃의 온도에서 이 드럼내에 기체를 주입시키는 단일의 건조 및 과립화 단계로써 약 0.2㎜-약2㎜의 평균 입자크기를 가지는 과립으로 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리금속규산염 과립의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액은 40-53중량%의 알칼리금속규산염을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기체는 규산염용액이 공급되는 위치 가까이에서 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항-제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 규산염용액은 드럼의 상부에서 공급되고 기체는 그보다 낮은 위치에서 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항-제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기체로서 공기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항-제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 규산염은 SiO2: M2O의 몰비가 1.8:1-2.2:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 규산염은 SiO2:M2O의 몰비가 1.9:1-2.1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항-제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리금속규산염은 규산나트륨인것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항-제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 1.2mm미만 및 2mm초과의 평균입자크기를 가지는 과립은 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 0.2mm미만의 평균입자 크기를 가지는 과립은 기체기류와 함께 또는 기체기류와 인접해서 드럼내로 가함으로써 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항-제10항중 어느 한항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 알칼리금속규산염과립.
- 제11항에 따르는 알칼리금속 규산염 과립을 함유하는 세제조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
