Claims (4)

  1. 스크롤 압축기(10)에 사용하기 위한 구동축(40)의 제조방법에 있어서 궤도 스크롤에 궤도 운동을 가하도록 궤도 스크롤(26)의 일부분(30)을 수납하기 위한 베어링 캡(42)를 형성하는 단계와 로우터 축을 형성한 튜브(41)에 상기 베어링 캡을 고정하는 단계와, 상기 튜브안에서 형성된 적어도 하나의 오일 분배 통로(66,66a,66b)를 가진 플라스틱 인서트(65)를 삽입하는 단계와 상기 뉴브에 상기 인서트를 고정하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 튜브 및 인서트에 부가적인 통로를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 평형추(50)을 형성하는 단계와 상기 평형추를 상기 튜브에 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 제조 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 상기 평형추가 상기 베어링 캡과 일체식으로 제조되며 유닛으로서 베어링 캡과 함께 상기튜브에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동축 제조 방법.
