Claims (19)

  1. 세정 목적을 위해 비교적 효과적인 양의 클로로플루오로카본 및 금속 표면의 세정 동안 클로로플루오로카본과 반응하여 염산을 생성할 수 있는 알콜의 혼합물; 및 혼합물에서 발생되는 염산을 제거함으로써 금속표면의 부식을 방지하는데 효과적인 양의 상기 혼합물에 배합된 에폭시드화 안정화제로 이루어지고, 상기 산은 상기 안정화제의 에폭시드기와 반응하여 부산물을 형성하고, 상기 안정화제는 이러한 부산물을 무독성으로 만들기에 충분히 큰 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 세정 조성물.
  2. C1-C4클로로플루오로카본 90 내지 99중량% 및 금속 표면의 세정 동안 클로로플루오로카본과 반응하여 염산을 생성할 수 있는 C1-C4알콜 1 내지 10중량%의 혼합물; 및 분자량이 약 300 내지 1,500이고 옥시란 함량이 약 4% 이상인 에폭시드화 지방산 글리세리드 또는 에스테르로 이루어진, 상기 혼합물의 부피를 기준으로 0.01 내지 10부피%의 안정화제로 이루어진 세정 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 세정 동안 pH를 4.5이상으로 유지하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 상기 혼합물의 부피를 기준으로 약 0.2 내지 약 2.0부피%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클로로플루오로카본 및 알콜이 공비 혼합물을 형성하는 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클로로플루오로카본이 트리클로로트리플루오로에탄이고, 상기 알콜이 이소프로판올인 조성물.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 에폭시드화 불포화 식물성 오일인 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 분자량이 약 700 내지 약 1,000이고, 옥시란 함량이 약 5 내지 약 7%이 에폭시드화 폴리불포화 오일로 이루어진 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 에폭시드화 아마인유인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 옥시란 함량이 약 4 내지 5%인 에폭시드화 알킬 톨레이트인 조성물.
  11. 클로로플루오로카본-알콜 혼합물에서 염산을 생성하는 조건하에 투석기의 중공 섬유 성분의 존재하에 클로로플루오로카본-알콜 혼합물을 환류시키는 것으로 이루어진 투석기의 중공 섬유 성분의 세정 방법에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 이 혼합물에서 생성되는 염산을 제거하는데 효과적인 양의 에폭시드화 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소로 이루어진 안정화제를 함유하고, 상기 산은 상기 안정화제의 에폭시드기와 반응하여 부산물을 형성하고, 상기 안정화제는 이 부산물을 무독성으로 만들기에 충분히 큰 분자량을 갖는 개량방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 C1-C4클로로플루오로카본 90 내지 99중량% 및 C1-C4알콜 1 내지 10중량%로 이루어지고, 상기 안정화제는 분자량이 약 300 내지 1,500이고 옥시란 함량이 약 4% 이상인 에폭시드화 지방산 글리세리드 또는 에스테르로 이루어진, 상기 혼합물의 부피를 기준으로 0.01 내지 10부피%의 안정화제로 이루어지는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 추가로 세정 동안 pH를 4.5이상으로 유지시키는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 공비 혼합물인 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 클로로플루오로카본이 트리클로로트리플루오로에탄이고, 상기 알콜이 이소프로판올인 방법.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 에폭시드화 불포화 식물성 오일인 방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 분자량이 약 700 내지 약 1,000이고 옥시란 함량이 약 5 내지 약 7%인 에폭시드화 폴리불포화 오일로 이루어지는 방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 에폭시드화 아마인유인 방법.
  19. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 옥시란 함량이 약 4 내지 약 5%인 에폭시드화 알킬 톨레이트인 방법.
