제2도를 참조하면, 절연체의 내부 중합성 강도성분(20)은 차단돌기(22)가 일체로 성형된 고형몸체로 형성된다.
Claims (12)
- 전기 절연성이고, 실질적으로 트랙킹 현상이 없는 중합성 물질로 형성된 대체로 관형 구성을 가지는 외부성분과; 실질적으로 동질이고, 습기 불침투성이고, 전기절연성이고, 23℃에서 적어도 약 0.5GPa 굴곡 계수를 가지는 중합성 물질로 형성된 내부성분을 포함하는 전기 절연체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내부성분은 상기 외부성분에 대한 기계적인 지지부재로서 작용하는 전기 절연체.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부성분은 고형부재 또는 관형부재인 전기 절연체.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부성분의 중합성 물질은 충진재에 의해 강화되는 전기 절연체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 강화 충진제는 절단된 섬유성 물질, 바람직하게는 유리인 전기 절연체.
- 선행항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부성분의 물질은 사출성형된 폴리우레아, 고밀도의 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에테르설폰 및 폴리에테르이미드로부터 선택되는 전기 절연체.
- 선행항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부성분의 물질은 약4보다 크지 않은 유전체 상수를 가지도록 선택되는 전기 절연체.
- 선행항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부성분의 굴곡 계수는 23℃에서 약 20GPa 보다 적은 전기 절연체.
- 선행항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부성분의 상기 외부 표면은 차단돌기 및/또는 원형 돌기 형상을 가지는 전기 절연체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 차단돌기 및/또는 원형돌기 형상은 상기 내부성분의 형상에 의해 제공되는 전기 절연체.
- 선행항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부성분은 실질적으로 상기 내부성분을 완전하게 둘러싸는 전기 절연체.
- 선행항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부성분은 제위치에서 바람직하게 열에 의해 복원됨으로써 상기 내부 성분상에 장착되는 전기 절연체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
