에너지 흡수 구조체 및 이를 제조하는 방법

제1도는 에너지 흡수구조체의 개략적이 단면도이며,
제2도는 점증하는 충격하중에 노출된 열처리된 충전방향 베어링부재의 에너지/경로특성을 그래프로 도시하는 설명도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 종방향 베어링부재(1)을 포함하며, 축방향 압축변형에 의해 충격에너지를 흡수하기 위한 특히 차량의 에너지 흡수구조체에 있어서, 상기 종방향 부재(1)은 상이하게 열처리된 실질적으로 균일한 단면을 가지는 일체로된 금속형상으로 그 종축을 따라 재료강도의 변화를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 흡수구조체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일체로된 종방향부재(1)은 길이방향으로 이어져 연장하며 별개로 상이하게 열처리된 다수의 변형부(11,12,13)를 구비하는 압출된 알루미늄합금 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 흡수구조체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 종방향 부재(1)은 시효처리된 알루미늄 합금으로 제조된 차량프레임의 전방 베어링 부재이며 상기 전방변형부(11)은 과시효 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 흡수구조체.
  4. 에너지 흡수구조체로 사용하기에 적합한 종방향 부재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 열처리가능한 알루미늄 합금의 형상으로 압출하는 단계, 청해진 상승된 온도에서 상기 형상을 시효 열처리하는 단계, 및 최종적으로 상기 형상의 한정된 부분을 과시효 열처리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 흡수구체의 제조방법.
