Claims (18)
- 수소의 실질적인 부재하에, 귀금속 촉매를 200℃초과의 온도에서 식 CnHmFpXq의 플루오로할로탄소 또는 플루오로할로탄화수소(이때 X는 염소 및/또는 브롬이고, n은 1 내지 6의 정수이고, m은 0 내지 6의 정수이되, 단 m은 화합물내 전체 n이하일수 있고, p 및 q는 화합물이 비환식일때 1-13의 정수이고 화합물이 환식일때 1-11의 정수이고, 단 플루오로할로탄소 및/또는 풀루오로할로탄화수소는 적어도 하나의 염소 또는 브롬원자를 언제나 함유하며, 단 화합물이 비환식일때 m+p+q=2n+2이고 화합물이 환식일때 m+p+q=2n임)를 함유하는 분위기와 접촉시킴으로 구성되는 귀금속 촉매의 활성화 및/또는 재생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도 범위는 225℃ 내지 350℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 촉매와 상기 플루오로할로탄소 또는 플루오로 할로탄화수소의 상기 접촉은 15분 초과동안인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매와 상기 플루오로할로탄소 또는 플루오로할로탄화수소와의 상기 접촉은 3 내지 4시간 동안인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 귀금속 촉매는 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 이리듐 및 백금 및/또는 그의 조합물로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매는 지지안된 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매는 지지된 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 귀금속 촉매는 탄소, 알루미나, 불화 알루미나, 불화 알루미늄 및 불화칼슘으로부터 선택된 지지체 상에 지지된 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉매는 탄소 지지체 상에 지지된 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 귀금속은 팔라듐인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로클로로탄소가 접촉방법에서 사용된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로클로로브로모탄소가 접촉방법에서 사용된 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 플루오로클로로탄소내 탄소 원자수 n은 1 내지 3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소, 헬륨 및 아르곤 및/또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 기체가 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일괄식 반응기에서 수행된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고정 베드 반응기에서 수행된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식 CnHmFpXq로 표시된 플루오로할로탄소 또는 플루오로할로탄화수소가 1 내지 3의 n, 0 내지 4의 m, 1 내지 7의 p 및 1 내지 7의 q를 갖는 방법.
