Claims (18)

  1. 리보플라빈 약 70 내지 약 90 중량%, 및 효모, 곰팡이, 세균 및 진균으로 이루진어 그룹으로부티 선택된 충전제(bulking agent) 약 10 내지 약 30 중량%를 포함하며, 순도가 약 90 중량% 이상인, 리보플라빈 제품의 용적 밀도보다 큰 용적 밀도를 지님을 특징으로 하는 리보플라빈 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 리보플라빈 약 75 내지 약 80 중량%를 포함하는 리보플라빈 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 충전제가 건조 부루어 효모(brewer's yeast)인 리보플라빈 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용적 밀도가 약 5kg/ft3이상인 리보플라빈 조성물.
  5. 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인 리보플라빈을 제조하고, 혼합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 휘발성의 비독성 액체; 효모, 곰팡이, 세균, 진균 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 충전제; 및 상기 리보플라빈을 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 건조시켜 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된, 리보플라빈 농도가 약 70 내지 약 90중량%이고, 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인, 리보플라빈 제품의 용적 밀도보다 큰 용적 밀도를 지님을 특징으로 하는 리보플라빈 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 리보플라빈 제조 단계가, 순도가 약 96중량% 이상인 리보플라빈을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 리보플라빈 조성물.
  7. 제6에 있어서, 휘발성의 비독성 액체 충전제 및 리보플라빈의 혼합 단계가, 리보플라빈 농도가 약 120g/ℓ이고 고체 농도가 약 150g/ℓ인 혼합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 물, 효모 및 리보플라빈을 혼합시킴을 포함하고, 건조단계가, 상기 혼합물을, 내부온도가 약 200 내지 약 220℃이고 외부온도가 약 80 내지 약 85℃인 분무 건조기로 분무-건조시켜 리보플라빈 조성물을 제공함을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법에 의해 제조된 리보플라빈 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 효모가 건조 부루어 효모인 리보플라빈 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 분무 건조 단계가, 외부 온도가 약 80 내지 약 82℃인 분무 건조기로 건조시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 리보플라빈 조성물의 용적 밀도가 약5kg/ft3이상인 방법.
  11. 순도가 약 90 중량% 이상인 리보플라빈을 제조하고, 혼합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 휘발성의 비독성 액체; 효모, 곰팡이, 세균, 진균 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 충전제; 및 상기 리보플라빈을 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 건조시켜 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조함을 특징으로 하여, 리보플라빈 농도가 약 70 내지 90중량%이고, 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인, 리보플라빈 제품의 용적 밀도보다 큰 용적 밀도를 지니는 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 리보플라민 제조 단계가, 순도가 약 96중량% 이상인 리보플라빈을 제공하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 휘발성의 비독성 액체, 충전제 및 리보플라빈의 혼합 단계가, 리보플라빈 농도가 약 120g/ℓ이고 고체 농도가 약 150g/ℓ인 혼합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 물, 효모 및 리보플라빈을 혼합시킴을 포함하고. 건조 단계가, 상기 혼합물을, 내부 온도가 약 200 내지 약 220℃이고 외부 온도가 약 80 내지 약 85℃인 분무건조기로 분무-건조시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 효모가 건조 부루어 효모인 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 분무 건조 단계가, 외부 온도가 약 80 내지 약 82℃인 분무 건조기로 건조시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 리보플라빈 조성물의 용적 밀도가 약 5kg/ft3이상인 방법.
  17. 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인 리보플라빈을 제조하고, 혼합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 휘발성의 비독성 액체; 효모, 곰팡이, 세균, 진균 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진그룹으로부터 선택된 충전제; 및 상기 리보플라빈을 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 건조시켜 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조하고, 상기 리보플라빈 조성물을 분쇄시켜 입자 크기가 40μm 미만이고, 순도가 약 90 중량% 이상인 리보플라빈 제품에 비해 증진된 유동성 및 감소된 전하량을 갖는 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 제조된, 리보플라빈 농도가 약 70 내지 약 90중량%이고, 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인, 리보플라빈 제품의 용적 밀도보다 큰 용적 밀도를 지님을 특징으로 하는 리보플라빈 조성물.
  18. 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인 리보플라빈을 제조하고, 혼합물을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 휘발성의 비독성 액체; 효모, 곰팡이, 세균, 진균 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 충전제; 및 상기 리보플라빈을 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 건조시켜 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조하고, 상기 리보플라빈 조성물을 분쇄시켜 입자 크기가 약 40μm 미만이고, 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인 리보플라빈 제품에 비해 증진된 유동성 및 감소된 전하량을 갖는 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 리보플라빈 농도가 약 70 내지 약 90중량%이고 순도가 약 90중량% 이상인, 리보플라빈의 용적 밀도보다 큰 용적 밀도를 갖는 리보플라빈 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
