Claims (2)
- 액체가 충전되는 시린지와, 이 시린지에 가압에어를 공급하는 에어공급원과, 제1의 배관에 의하여 시린지에, 제2관의 배관에 의하여 에어공급원에 각각 접속된 토출용 전자전환밸브와, 제2의 배관에 설치된 어큐무레터와 제1및 제2의 배관내압을 측정하는 제1및 제2의 각각의 압력센서와, 상기 토출용 전자전환밸브에 시프트 신호를 출력함과 동시에 제1배관과 제2배관과의 연통후의 제1압력센서를 의한 측정압력의 미리설정되 시프트 신호 출력시간내에서의 적분치의 변화에 기준하여 시프트신호의 출력시간을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 액체 정량 토출장치.
- 상기 토출용 전자전환밸브에 제3의 배관에 의하여 접속된 흡인용 전자전환밸브에, 제4의 배관에 의하여 접속된 에어흡인원과, 제3의 배관에 접속된 대기개방용 전자전환밸브와, 제4의 배관에 설치된 어큐무레터를 구비하는 청구항 1에 기재된 액체정량토출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
