Claims (6)
- 압출기에 폴리머를 공급하여 용융시킨후에 이 압출기에 연결된 정량이송수단에 의해서 관상열분해반응기 용융된 폴리머를 정량적으로 이송하고 관상열분해반응기내에서 폴리머를 열분해시켜서 저분자량 폴리머를 생성하는 공정을 포함하는 폴리머의 열분해 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열부해를 고급지방산 및/또는 염산흡수재의 존재하에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머의 열분해방법.
- 폴리머를 열분해반응기에서 열분해반응시켜서 얻어진 반응혼합물을 상기 열분해 반응기에 연결된 증발기에 고온으로 도입하고 증발기에 불활성가스를 불어 넣으면서 반응 혼합물을 증발시켜 반응혼합물에서 분리된 휘발성분을 증발기에서 뽑아내는 동시에 반응혼합물을 증발기에서 뽑아내는 공정을 포함하는 폴리머의 열분해 방법.
- 압출기에 올레핀계 중합체를 공급하여 용융시킨 후에 이 압출기에 연결된 정량 이송수단에 의해서 관상열분해반응기에 용융된 올레핀계 중합체를 정량적으로 이송하고 관상열 분해반응기내에서 올레핀계중합체를 열분해시켜서 저분자량의 올레핀계 중합체를 생성하는 공정을 포함하는 열분해왁스의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열분해를 고급지방산 및/또는 염산흡수제의 존재하에 행하는 것을 특징으로 한 열분해 왁스의 제조방법.
- 올레핀계 중합체를 열분해반응기에서 열분해 반응시켜서 얻어진 반응혼합물을 상기 열분해 반응기에 연결된 증발기에 고온으로 도입하고 증발기에 불활성가스를 불어 넣으면서 반응 혼합물을 증발시켜서 반응 혼합물에서 분리된 휘발성분을 증발기에서 뽑아내는 동시에 반응혼합물을 증발기에서 뽑아내는 공정을 포함하는 열분해왁스의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
