Claims (11)

  1. 치료학적 유효량의 물중에서 불안정하거나 식용성 불쾌감을 갖는 약제, 식용 오일, 당, 및 현탁제를 포함하고 모든 고체 성분의 평균 입자 크기가 약 30μ 미만임을 특징으로 하는, 물중에서 불안정하거나 식용성 불쾌감을 갖는 약제를 위한 개선된 물리적 안정성을 갖는 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 모든 고체 성분의 평균 입자 크기가 약 20μ미만임을 특징으로 하는, 물중에서 불안정하거나 식용성 불쾌감을 갖는 약제를 위한 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 치료학적 유효량의 약제; 약 30내지 약 75%(W/V)의 당; 약 30내지 약 75%(W/V)의 오일, 약 0.05내지 약 5%(W/V)의 현탁제; 약 0.05내지 약 2%(W/V)의 염; 약 0.01내지 약 2%(W/V)의 알칼리성 완충액; 약 0.01내지 약 3%(W/V)의 방부제; 약 5%(W/V)미만의 계면활성제; 및 약 0.01 내지 약 5%(W/V)의 풍미제를 포함하는 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 치료학적 유효량의 약제; 약 40내지 약 65%(W/V)의 당; 약 45내지 약 65%(W/V)의 오일, 약 0.1내지 약 2%(W/V)의 현탁제; 약 0.2내지 약 1%(W/V)의 염; 약 0.05내지 약 1%(W/V)의 알칼리성 완충액; 약 0.1내지 약 1%(W/V)의 방부제; 약 2%(W/V)미만의 계면활성제; 및 약 0.01 내지 약 3%(W/V)의 풍미제를 포함하는 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,약제가 클로라제페이트 이칼륨인 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,약제가 클라리트로마이신 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,약제가 에리트로마이신 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 약제가 N-2[벤조[b]티엔-2-일]에틸-N-하이드록시우레아 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 약제가 α-메티-4-(2-메틸프로필) 벤젠아세트산 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서,약제가 발프로산 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
  11. 제 1항에 있어서, 약제가 8-클로로-6-페닐-4H-[1, 2, 4]트리아졸로[4, 3-a][1, 4]벤조디아제핀 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 비-수성 액체 현탄액 약제 전달 시스템.
