제1도는, 플레이트로 격리된 다수의 집실 및 그 하류측에 연속적으로 연결된 2개의 사이클론을 구비한 청정장치, 제2도는, 제1도에 도시한 청정장치 이지만, 진동자를 구비한 다수의 응집튜브로 구성된 장치로서 제1사이클론이 전자 사이클론임, 제3도는, 대기압하에서 응집기를 통과한 입자크기 분포의 변화를 예시한 도표.
Claims (12)
- 분자입자를 상호 부착시킬 수 있는 정전 응집기(4,17,23)의 다수의 응집실(5)을 통하여 청정하게 할 함분진 가스류(1)를 평행하게 도입하며, 상기 함분진 가스류(1)는 상기 적어도 하나의 응집기(4,17,23)를 통하여 3m/s~50m/s의 범위의 속도로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스류의 청정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 함분진 가스류(1)는 250℃~1400℃의 온도범위의 고온가스류이며, 특히500℃~1200℃의 온도범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 함분진 가스류(1)는 5바아~100바아의 압력범위를 가지는 고온 가스류이며, 특히 5바아~20바아의 압력 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항~제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분진 입자를 정전 응집한 후에, 상기 함분진 가스류(1)는 80°~180°미만, 특히 140°~170°의 편향각도(α)로 편향되며, 관성에 의해서 편향되지 않는 상기 가스류 (1)내의 응짐체(30)는 응집기(17,23)로 부터 연속적으로 분리되며, 또한 편향된 상기 가스류(1)는 계속해서 정전 필터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항~제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정전 응집기(4,17,23)내에서의 응집전 및/또는 응집후에, 청정하게 될 상기 가스류(1)는, 분진(13,14)을 분리하기 위하여 적어도 제1사이클론을 통해 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항~제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정전 응집기(4,17,23)내에서의 응집전 및/또는 응집후에, 청정하게 될 상기 가스류(1)는, 화학처리(31,32)또는 청정화(28)를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 2개의 응집실(5)을 가지며, 상기 각 응집실은 하나의 응집 전극(3)을 구비한 적어도 하나의 응집기(4,17,23)를 갖추며, 상기 응집실(5)의 길이는 2.50m~28m의 범위에 있는, 가스류(1)의 청정장치(4,8,9).
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 응집전극(3)의 표면적과 상기 응집전극을 둘러싸는 제2전극(5)의 표면적과는 비는 1:400~2:1, 특히 1:20~1:1임을 특징으로 하는 가스류 청정장치.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 사이클로(8,9)이 상기 응집기(4,17,23)의 상류측 및/또는 하류측에 연결되어 있으며, 특히 하류측의 제1사이클론(8)은 적어도 하나의 사이클론 전극(11)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스류 청정장치.
- 제7항~제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 응집기는, 상기 함분진 가스류(1)의 분진 입자를 정전 응집하기 위한 사실상의 수직 선형부, 상기 수직 선형부에 연결된 사실상의 선형 분리기 또는 충격 캣취폿(18,25), 특히 상기 충격 캣취폿(18,25)는 분리된 응집체(30)를 연속적으로 이동시키기 위한 장치를 가지며, 또한 응집부와 충격 캣취폿(18,25)과의 사이의 영역에는 가스류(1)를 편향시키기 위하여 상기 응집부의 방향에 대하여 80°~180°미만의 편향각도(α)를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 편향출구(20,26)를 구비한 정전필터(17,23)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스류 청정 장치.
- 제7항~제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 출구(20,26)는, 고상 및/또는 액상 입자를 분리하기 위한 정전필터 장치(21)를 구비한 적어도 하나의 응집기(4,17,23)에 연결되어 있으며, 특히, 상기 필터장치는 벨트필터(21)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스류 청정 장치.
- 제7항~제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스형태의 유해물질 및 화합물을 분리 및/또는 변환시키기 위한 화학제 분사장치(31,32)및/또는 화학 필터(28)가, 상기 응집기(4,17,23)의 전방 및/또는 내부 및/또는 후방에 구비되며, 특히 상기 화학 필터는 입상 베드 필터(28)인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스류 청정 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
