Claims (25)

  1. 유효량의 하기 성분을 함유하는 연속계인 수분산성 유기 겔; 유해 생성물; 임의의 유기 용매; 수용성 또는 수분산성 계면활성제 또는 유기 용매중(존재 한다면)유해 생성물(50ℓ)및 계면활성제(5ℓ)을 50℃에서 혼합물의 부피가 100㎖로 되기에 충분한 양의 물에 가하고; 상기 혼합물을 균일한 에멀젼이 되게 교반한 후 50℃에서 30분 동안 방치하고: 완전하게 분리되어 뚜렷한 액체상을 형성하는 오일층의 양이 20㎖미만인 상기 계면활성제들의 혼합물; 23℃에서 액체 또는 고체이고, 고체일 경우는 100미트론 미만의 입자 크기를 가지며, 유해생성물, 계면활성제 및 유기 용매(존재 한다면)의 액체 혼합물중 10중량% 이상의 농도에서 가용성인 겔화제 및; 3중량%미만의 물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유해 생성물이 농화학품인 겔.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유해 생성물이 식물 보호제, 식물 성장 조절제, 살충제 또는 식물 영양제인 겔.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔화제가 액체 또는 고체이고 20미크론 미만의 입자 크기를 가지며, 함수량이 1중량% 미만인 겔.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 성분중 1종이상을 더 함유하는 겔; 유해 생성물이 겔중에 존재하는 농도에서 가용성인 유기 용매 또는 유기 용매의 혼합물; 분산제; 2차 중점제; 또는 안정화제, 소포제, 완충제 또는 부동제 같은 기타 첨가제.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 70℃이상의 온도에서 유해 생성물 유기 용매(만약 존재 한다면)와 액체 혼합물을 형성할 수 있는 계면 활성제를 함유하는 겔.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 50℃이상의 온도에서 유해 생성물 및 유기 용매(존재 한다면)와 액체상을 형성할 수 있는 계면 활성제를 함유하는 겔.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5~95중량%의 유해 생성물, 1~50중량%의 계면 활성제, 0.1~50중량%겔화제; 및 0~80중량%의 용매를 함유하는 겔.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 25~80중량%의 유해 생성물, 2~15중량%의 계면 활성제, 2~10중량%의 겔화제, 및 3~50중량%의 용매를 함유하는 겔.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 1~25중량% 분산제 및 0.1~30중량%의 2차 중점제를 더 함유하는 겔.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 1~8중량%의 분산제; 1~25중량%의 2차 중점제; 및 0.1~10중량%의 안정화제, 소포제, 완충제 또는 부동제 같은 기타 첨가제를 더 함유하는 겔.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 600~30,000센터포이즈의 점성도를 갖는 겔.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 1000~12000센티포이즈인 점성도를 갖는 겔.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비중이 1초과인 겔.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 비중이 1.05초과인 겔.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 전단변형력과 결과 전단 변형간의 위상차 phi의 tg(phi)가 1.5이하인 겔.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 제어 전단변형력과 결과 전단 변형간의 위상차 phi의 tg(phi)가 1.2이하인 겔.
  18. 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자발성이 75미만인 겔.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 자발성이 25미만인 겔.
  20. 수용성 또는 수분산성 포대안에 제1항 내지 제19항중 어느 한 항의 겔을 함유하는 컨테이너화계.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 포대가 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드; 녹말 및 변형 녹말; 알킬 또는 히드록시알킬셀룰로오스; 카르복시알킬셀룰로오스; 폴리비닐에테르; 폴리(2,4-디메틸-6-트리아졸일에틸렌); 폴리(비닐술폰산); 폴리무수물; 저분자량 우레아 포름알데히드 수지; 저분자량 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지; 폴리아크릴레이트; 폴리메타크릴레이트 또는 폴리아크릴산 또는 이의 동족체를 함유하는 컨테이너화계.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 포대가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드; 히드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스 또는 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스인 히드록시알킬셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스인 카르복시알킬셀룰로스; 폴리메틸 비닐에테르인 폴리비닐에테르 또는 폴리(2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트)인 폴리메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 컨테이너화계.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 포대가 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 메틸셀룰로오스 또는 폴리비닐 알콜을 함유하는 컨테이너화계.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 포대가 40~100% 알콜화 또는 가수분해된 폴리비닐 아세테이트인 폴리비닐 알콜을 포함하는 컨테이너화계.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알콜이 80~99%알콜화 또는 가수분해된 폴리비닐 아세테이트인 컨테이너화계.
