제1도는 본 발명을 실시하기 위한 수치 제어장치(CNC)의 하드웨어의 블럭도, 제2도는 퍼지 룰의 예를 도시한 도면, 제3도는 퍼지 룰에 대응하는 맴버십 함수를 도시한 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 서보 기기를 적응 제어하는 수치 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 서보 기기의 부하 전류 및 속도를 퍼지 입력으로서 퍼지 추론을 실행하여 상기 서보 기기의 속도를 제어하는 속도 제어 신호를 출력하는 퍼지 제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서보 기기는 스핀들 모터이고, 속도 제어 신호는 오버라이드 제어 신호로서 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서보 기기는 서보 머터이고, 속도 제어 신호는 오버라이드 제어 신호로서 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼지 제어 수단내의 퍼지룰과 멤버십 함수를 미리 실행하기 쉬한 추론 데이타 베이스로 변환해두고, 퍼지 추론을 상기 추론 데이타 베이스로 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추론 데이타 베이스를 복수개 준비해 두고 가공물에 따라 선택할 수 있도록 구성한것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼지 제어수단은 독립된 퍼지 제어기를 수치 제어 장치내부에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼지 제어수단은 수치 제어장치의 소프트웨어로 처리하는 것을 특징응로 하는 수치 제어장치.
