Claims (8)

  1. 브레이크 쪽으로 열려진 실린더보어(26)과 함께 케이싱바닥(22)과 케이싱 덮개(24)를 지닌 케이싱(20)을 포함하고, 브레이크를 작동시키기 위해 실린더보어(26) 내에서 수압에 의해 이동되는 피스톤(30)을 가지고 피스톤(30)과 같은 축으로 회전할 수 있게 케이싱 바닥(22)에 위치한 보조브레이크용의 축(34)를 포함하고 하나(40)는 케이싱에 고정되고 다른 하나(50)는 축(34)에 의해 회전할 수있게되 케이싱 바닥(33)에서 떨어져 축방향으로 이동할 수 있는 램프(40, 50)를 지니며, 축방향으로 이동할 수 있는 램프(50)와 피스톤(30) 사이에 제조정할 수 있는 버팀대가 만들어지도록 서로 나사연결한 한쌍의 버팀대(60, 64)를 지니고 축방향의 인장력에 의해 2개의 버팀대중 하나(60)에 있는 버팀벽(58)과 케이싱에 고정된 버팀벽(92) 사이에 배열되어, 이동가능한 램프(50)를 휴지위치에 고정시키는 리셋스프링(90)을 포함하고 그리고 축방향의 작동력을 이동가능한 램프(50)에서 버팀벽(58)으로 전달하기 위한 축스러스트 베어링(56)을 포함한 차량브레이크, 특히 디스크 브레이크의 자동장치에 있어서, 축스러스트 베어링(56)은 이동 가능한 램프(50)와 버팀벽(58) 사이에 배열되고, 이 두 요소(50, 58)중 하나에 중심점을 맞추고, 이 요소를 향한 적어도 한쪽 면에 활주성이 양호한 재료로 된 코팅면(106)을 지닌 평축받이 디스크(104)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 작동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평축받이 디스크(104)가 중심점을 잡기 위해, 이미 언급한 두 요소(50, 58)중 하나의 중앙 오목부(110)에 맞물리는 돌출부(108)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 코팅면(106)이 언급된 두 요소(50, 58)중 하나로 향함을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 평축받이 디스크(104)가 중심점을 잡기 위해 언급된 두 요소(50, 58)중 하나의 캡(116)이 맞물리는 중앙 오목부(114)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 코팅면(106)이 캡(116)이 만들어진 요소(58)를 향함을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  6. 제2항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 코팅면(106)이 평축받이 디스크(104)의 반지름 방향의 바깥 테두리에서 중앙 오목부(110, 114)까지 뻗어있는 적어도 3개의 방사상 홈(112)에 의해 단절됨을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 코팅면(106)는 납-구리 혼합물이 섞인 폴리테트라플루오레틸렌으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 앞에서 언급한 두 요소(50, 58)중 코팅면(106)과 함께 작용하는 요소(58)는 움푹한 구형의 만곡부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 작동장치.
