Claims (11)
- 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사로서, 특히 공구와 결합되는 머리부(1)와, 나사부(3)와, 테이퍼구멍형성부재(6)와 일체로 형성된 나사부(3)의 나삿니의 직경보다 직경이 작은 실린더부재(5)로 구성되어 직경이 약 1mm에 이르는 판금속에 나사절삭을 하는 나사부의 직경이 약 6mm에 이르는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사에 있어서, 나사부(3)가 약 4개의 나삿니에 걸쳐 연장되는 테이퍼(4)를 경유하여 원통형부재(5)와 일체로 형성되고, 그 거리는 판금속두께의 약 4배에 해당하며, 구멍형성부재(6)는 약 0.5mm의 곡면반경(R)에 해당하는 볼록한 마찰면에서 종료하고, 나사 전체는 약 1400N/㎟에 이르는 인장강도를 갖는 뜨임강 또는 기계적으로 경도가 증가된 강으로 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나사는 원추형 눌림부를 갖춘 판금속 내에 태핑되며, 눌림부의 원추각(α)이 약 50도 내지 70도이고 볼록한 마찰면(7)을 구비한 접촉영역(27)이 원추형 벽(30)의 영역에 한정되면 상기 표면은 약 0.5내지 1mm의 반경에 대응함을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구멍형성부재(6)가 원추형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제3항에 있어서, 원추형 구조는, 단면이 원추형태의 둥근 영역을 경유하여 서로 합쳐지는 대칭적으로 배열된 다수의 평평한 영역(10)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 원추체 및 평평한 영역(10)은 축방향으로 둥근 영역(9)을 지나 원통형부재(5)와 합쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원추각은 약 30도 내지 40도인 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외경 d에 대한 나삿니의 피치P는 다음의 식 P=0.15 내지 0.20d 으로 이루워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 하부(22)에서 나사부와 대향하는 머리부(1)는 환상 그루브(15, 16)를 구비하며, 환상 그루브의 내벽은 사실상 나사측면의 반경에 해당하는 반경을 가지고, 환상 그루브는 나사가 금속판(12;20,21)내로 파고들어가는 동안 형성되는 노즐(13)의 전방단부(18)를 수용함을 특징으로 한느 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제8항에 있어서, 환상 그루브(15)는 장방형 단면을 취함을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제9항에 있어서, 환상 그루브의 외벽(17, 19)은 그 베이스로부터 외부로 경사짐을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.
- 제8항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 환상그루브(16)는, 나사가 조여질 때 노즐(13)의 전방단부(18)가 나사부(3)를 향해 내측으로 압착됨을 특징으로 하는 구멍뚫기 겸용 태핑나사.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
