제1도는 종래의 유압회로장치에 이용되고 있는 조작밸브의 스푸울의 스트로크, 메터링-인과 메터링-아웃 양측의 개방면적과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프, 제2도는 본 발명의 제1구체예를 나타낸 전체개략 구성도, 제3도는 제2도에 도시된 구체예에 관한 조작밸브의 스푸울의 스트로크, 메터링-인과 메터링-아웃 양측의 개방면적과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (3)

  1. 유압펌프로부터의 토출압유를 클로우즈드-센터형식의 조작밸브를 경유하여 작업기 실린더의 하강측실 및 승강측실에 공급하기 위한 작업기 실린더의 유압조작 회로장칭 있어서, 상기 하강측실로 통한 상기 조작밸브의 제2폿트와 제2탱크폿트가 상호 통함과 동시에, 상기 승장 측실로 통한 상기 조작밸브의 제1폿트와 제1펌프폿트가 상호 통하는 제1작동위치와, 상기 하강측실로 통한 상기 제2폿트와 제2펌프폿트가 상호 통함과 동시에, 상기 승강측실로 통한 상기 제1폿트와 제1탱크폿트가 상호 통하는 제2동작위치를 따라 이동 가능하도록 상기 조작밸브의 밸브몸체에 형성된 밸브홀로 끼워진 스푸울과, 상기 승강측실로 통한 제1폿트와 상기 하강측실로 통한 제2폿트가 상호 통하도록 상기 밸브몸체내에 형성된 재생유로와, 그리고 해당 재생유로중에 설치된 하나의 체크밸브를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 작업기 실린더의 조작유압 회로장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스푸울을 중립위치로부터 상기 하강측실로 유압 펌프에서의 토출압유를 공급하는 제2작동위치로 조작한때에, 메터링-아웃측만이 개방됨과 동시에, 상기 제1폿트와 상기 제2폿트가 상기 재생유로를 경유하여 상호 통하고, 그후 다시 스푸울을 제2작동위치까지 조작한때에, 상기 재생유로를 경유하여 제1폿트 및 제2폿트가 상호 통하는 상태로서, 메터링-인측이 상기 제2펌프폿트와 상기 제2폿트가 상호 통할수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 작업기 실린더의 조작유압 회로장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스푸울이 제2작동위치로 조작된때에, 상기 재생 유로를 경유하여 상기 제1폿트와 상기 제2폿트가 상호 통하고, 이에 따라 상기 승강측실의 압유가 상기 유압펌프로부터의 토출압유와 함께 상기 하강측실로 공급되도록 구성함을 특징으로하는 작업기 실린더의 조작 유압 회로장치.
