Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a response property of brake circuit without change-over shock by performing brake operation at low speed flowing reversely the return oil for mold closing and mold opening with position change of one brake valve. CONSTITUTION:Main port 1 of brake valve 27 is joined with cross section S2, joining the main port f with the confluence of discharge oil from cross section S1 and discharge oil from pump 19. During mold closing high speed operation, the returned oil from the surface S2 flows into a tank from port e through f, g. For changing from high speed to low speed operation, when the position of brake valve 27 is changed from brake start to operation side back pressure may be applied to the returned oil from the surface S2. During mold opening high speed operation, the returned oil from the surface S1 may flow into port e, cross section surface S2 together with discharge oil from port d, e. port g. When the brake valve 27 is changed from operation to opening, the back pressure is applied to the return oil flowing to the surface S2. This enables to change from high speed to low speed.
